I like the doctor. I have only seen him twice so we are still getting to know each other. I appreciate that he listens to me and offers solutions other than medicine.

Dr. Connor was one of the best doctors I've had out of that center. I actually switched over from him from a previous doctor. He listens, he understands, and that is something that a person needs when they are looking for a primary care doctor. I would always come back to make sure no matter what field I'm in or what job I have that my insurance covers me so that Dr. Connor can be my doctor. I am grateful for the work that he has done and I hope that you guys really, really give him the feedback that I gave today. Thank you.

Everyone is always polite and helpful but it would be nice if staff had name badges on that could be read. Especially with the winter weather a lot of staff had on sweaters that covered the badges up.

as a new patient I looked for "new pt" forms to complete and did not see option on menu. Not until I went to sign up for portal did I see more information. Might be helpful to put something in menu to direct you as I did not have an authorization number as a new pt.

The lab needs some attention. Patients just walked into lab and passed. I was told to sit and wait to be called but after 5 people came out and went straight in the lab, I stood at the door to be next in line.

The waiting room could be updated to look more inviting. It has an unappealing, cold look, not overly clean looking.

Make sure we are reiterating exactly what is being said so that if anything is missed during the appointment we can then reach back out to the client and make sure everything is taken care of according to their real needs that we may have missed the initial time

Not reading my address and phone number out loud to confirm these for their records during check-in and instead using a recyclable print out or showing me the screen to where it's not read out loud would be preferable.
