keep up the good work!

I had the blood taken by them to check and set up an appointment to talk with the doctor about the results. But their was snow on the appointment day. I asked if the appointment could be moved back a couple of days because of the snow. The scheduler that I talked to was curt and stated that the new appointment was going to be much later for that was the first available day for the new appointment.

Have the nurses listen to the patient and maybe think outside the box. Working off a flow chart doesn't always fit the patient's needs

I am totally satisfied with the care I receive from Dr Gardziola. She is super and top notch in my book. I wouldn't want any other oncologist. I travel over an hour one way just to see her and her only. She is super caring and a wonderful doctor

Nothing, everything was good

The staff that has checked me out after my visit was not as personable and friendly as the checking staff. Once I smiled and started talking they warmed up. But I was not greeted and stood and waited for eye contact.

Have more doctors like Dr. Gardziola.

Everything was fine, Dr., nurses and staff members were welcoming and friendly from the start of the visit and until the end. There was nothing I would have changed.

We all call her Dr. G. She's the total package physician. She's an expert in her field. She's personable and professional. She listens and answers questions on our level of understanding. Prisma Health needs many more doctors like Dr. G.

Dr G and her team are the most caring professionals that I have met in the Prisma HC System. Their attention to detail, understanding and commitment to their patients are above and beyond what is expected from them. I couldn't be more pleased.

Have valet service at the Cancer Center too. It takes me longer to get from my vehicle, unload my rollator, load up my things, get from the parking lot to the Cancer Center and then do it all again when I leave, than my entire appointment with the doctor. The weather is boiling hot and humid and I am tired all the time. Anyway, Valet Service would be so appreciated from me!!

Excellent care! Dr. G is top notch! She spent the time to explain all of my blood tests and what they meant for the future.

My wife and I were encouraged by the doctor's explanation of my condition , I forgot to get my after visit summary. A reminder to go by the check out desk would have helped my absent mindless.

Everyone was very helpful and courteous

I have noticed that nurses at most Prisma facilities do not correctly take blood pressure measurements when using digital sphygmomanometers. Arm should be supported and BP cuff should be applied to arm, level with heart. Rarely happens.

My visits are for blood extraction, analysis and consultation with Dr. Gardziola about the results. There is little need for "support." I would say, however, that Dr. Gardziola is a wonderful physician. I feel very fortunate to be her patient.

Doctor Gardziola, DO is already accommodating answering the questions with the "Yes, definitely" response allowing me to make a voice recording of the session. This helps me to understand doctors "speak" with my sister-in-law, a retired Dr.

I did not know how to get on your my chart after my visit to make sure my meds were called in period. They have not been called in.
