I'm being treated for heart failure and have recently seen three cardiologists. So far, Dr. Hill, my PCP, has given me the best and clearest explanation of this disease. He makes every effort to educate his patients and help them understand the dynamics of disease, while at the same time providing outstanding care and compassion. He is fast becoming one of the best doctors I've ever had. He also has a wonderful sense of humor that helps relieve the tension and anxiety associated with doctor appointments.

I have no recommendation. My experience at Prisma was as good as gets.

Don't change a thing. My experience was darn near perfect.

I hope the integration between Prisma and the Upstate Pharmacy (in the same building as IMA) computer systems has improved since I received a vaccination or two at the pharmacy in the past year. For some reason they did not show up in MyChart and I asked an IMA receptionist to update them manually.

Not one thing! The thoughtfulness and caring attention of all that work with me is so respectful

The person that took my BP And questions before the doctor was not friendly. I asked her a question on My Chart two weeks ago and it was deleted. I think that is why she would not look at me in the eyes when I was there. She did her job but she was afraid I would ask her about it I think.

I really don't like y'all making these calls to me after my visit. I am very pleased with Dr. Hill, the nurses, the staff, but I'm not pleased with these recordings that you do constantly. Thank you.

this was not Dr. Hill. This was for a B-12 shot. I did not see Dr. Hill. The girl that gave me the shot does not listen totally. I told her that Dr. Hill told me last time I saw him that I could start taking the B12 meds at home if I wanted. I said I would continue to come to the office. I told the girl that I would like to change that and take them at home. she said no problem she would message Dr. Hill and tell him. To look on mychart and see. The only thing on my chart is a new appointment with Dr Hll I guess. I dont know what it is for. I am going to my chart and ask her what is going on.

I am very pleased with Dr Hills care . He answers all of my questions and is very respectful . I have had major heart health issues and he makes a point to keep up with it all .

I will take this opportunity to restate my extreme dissatisfaction with a bill I had for a sleep test I had to pay $350 for a provider to read the study because there was no prior authorization obtained by Prisma. At one point I was told it was resolved but then was contacted by a collection agency.

I'm so impressed by the knowledge and treatment from Dr Cody. I've had bad experiences with physicians this year that made me want to go back to New York just to get treated. Unlike a recent physician who was quick to tell me that he's not treating me for the issue I came to him for. I was advised that I have to go back to the physicians that he referred me to. He had no information of what these results of those doctors. Coming to doctor cody eased my concern of what was going on and what needed to be done after. I have full confidence in Dr. Cody and his medical abilities. And he doesn't know anything about results of the doctor that he referred me to. Dr Cody was a breath of fresh air and reminded my previous doctor from new york whom was my primary physician for thirty years.

My chart is a real pain and delays in response time fillin Rx became an issue.

I did not mean to press this option, but let me take the opportunity to say the doctors, the nurses, and all the staff were absolutely wonderful, including the intake persons. Everyone was great.

My experience with the doctor was brief and it was for continuing treatment received by my regular doctor previously, so l had limited time with him and the scribe. So, l do not have a comment regarding your question.

The only topic (minor one) concerning improvement (at least in my case) concerns more frequent 'medication list' updating for non prescription supplements.

I have the greatest confidence in Dr. Hill and his staff. When I leave IMA I feel like my concerns were addressed and that my health is in excellent hands.

None,Dr Hill does a terrific job. He always exceeds my expectations. He knows my history and what I need to do to correct any issues.

I have no suggestions for this question. Dr. Hill's office was able to give me an unscheduled appt. on a short notice. Dr. Hill addressed my two health questions/issues to my satisfaction. I was pleased - once again - with his competence, compassion, and wise counsel on a treatment and medication plan. He is an outstanding doctor who instills trust and respect in his patients.

I took my weight documented before arriving early in the morning and the doctor's nurse's assistant looked skeptical as if I still needed my weight taken. She accepted the documented information but a questioned reading as if it wasn't accurate and found the experience concerning.

Cannot think of anything at the moment. I am very appreciative that Dr. Hill took me as a new patient. He listened, was very courteous.

My medical visit went very well, I like Dr. Hill, he is personable explains my situations clearly so I understand! He shows me scenarios on a grease board as he explains things to me, so I get visual perspective. He always asks if I have questions, he is a very good medical provider, I think he does his job very well!

Lab work was not completed by the time of my appointment.

I asked for a note of medical necessity and my provider took the time to write an incredibly thorough and thoughtful letter. I am very impressed with the letter and feel my provider went above and beyond.

Dr Hill is absolutely incredible! Nothing could have been better. He listened intently, had clearly reviewed my chart, and was extremely prepared for my appointment. He is knowledgeable, intelligent, respectful, kind, thorough and highly focused. The entire staff was welcoming for my new patient appointment. The man who checked me in even walked me to the waiting room and gave me an overview of the practice. Nurse was super - as was the lab staff. I honestly felt like I was his only patient. I feel like I am in excellent hands with Dr Hill! So pleased a friend recommended him. Perfect choice!
