Everyone was very nice. This was my first time going to Laurens, but it was a pleasant experience.

As of right now there's nothing to improve on from my P.O.V. All the staff that I come in contact with are always nice and helpful.

I cannot suggest anything to improve the current service provided by the practice.

All staff is friendly and caring ! The lab techs are very good and do not hurt while taking blood !!

Nothing at this time. I am always pleased with interactions have with my provider and his staff.

Insuring that labs are sent to the right agency before appointment is set. My insurance requires that Labcorp perform all my tests, on several occasions I find that my labs are placed in house (Prisma)...this was the case even with this current appointment, which extended my stay for an hour or more.?

Can't think of anything. I've never had a physician spend an entire hour with me before, like Dr. Thomas did. This was the most important medical appointment of my life and I never once felt as though I was being rushed.

Decrease length of time between lab n doctor, and doctor and infusion. I spend too much time waiting in the main wait room.

The financial department did not give me the correct information. Um, I did not get a choice, uh, to go with a $91,000 bill, which my insurance only paid 80% and I was responsible for 20. If I would have had that information, I wouldn't have done the procedure. I had complications procedure and therefore now I am. I can't do the procedure anymore. Hopefully, I am better taken to Prednisone. But at this point, it's questionable. Thank you.

Good checkup before my procedure

Everyone was awesome from recepition to the clerk that checked me out. Great staff and Dr. Thomas are super kind people always a delight when i go there.

Honestly, I was treated so professionally and with care and concern for my health by Dr. Thomas and his staff that it would be hard for me to suggest an improvement to these 5 star professionals . I feel very fortunate to have Dr.Thomas and his staff as my care providers in my medical situation ! Thank you !
