The suggested prescribed medicine primarily for my situation was that has an exaggerated cost and maybe I would have hoped the doctor could have found an alternative treatment that would have been virtually seem satisfactory without the extreme cost involved.

Dr Miles and Treasure were great. The problem we encountered was with the lab. We arrived at 4:00 and were the only ones in the waiting room. We saw Treasure shortly there after deliver a specimen. At 430 a different staff member not a lab employee was asked by us to check on our wait status. She went into the lab but did not return to us with any news. At 445 Treasure came to the lab and was surprised to see us still waiting and went into the lab. At 448 Stephanie from the lab came out and informed me that she stops work at 445 and that she would not complete my testing. I explained the situation and we had been present for over 45 minutes waiting. She said she had to leave and pick up her husband. Again politely I asked if anyone else could draw my blood and no was the answer. I could not believe her attitude or behavior when she finally admitted she missed the order "my bad" she said. Come back tomorrow morning at 745 and I will do it then. She then left. We departed disappointed. This single person had no care or understanding how important and timely this test needed to be done base on my medical history, needles to say I will never use this lab. I went to Oconee Memorial Hospital at 7am and had my blood work completed. Needless to say I had to go the the ER later that day for urgent evaluation and testing as a result of the delay in the original blood testing. Being a retired healthcare leader and accreditation professional this lab person does not exemplify the mission, vision, values of Prisma Heath not to mention her lack of empathy for the patient.

It's all good. No problems

Yes. I like my doctor. He does a very good job. Dr. Miles does. But he seems to be rushed because he's on a time limit. Each patient is hurried because he's not allowed to spend enough time to really get to know exactly what your issues are. And that's only because there's no force with him to rush through it. I don't like that. I don't like it at all. Otherwise, he's an excellent doctor. He shouldn't be reprimanded for anything related to taking not enough time. And that's not his fault. That's what I have to say. Thank you.

The care from Dr Miles and his staff was fine. At check-in there was a wait because there was only one woman working and she was busy on her cell phone so those in line to check in just stood there.
