My visit was all positive!

Everything was good.

I really can't think of anything everything was all good

The staff were wonderful and helped me when I was nervous about the procedure.

Maybe not make appointments for you to just sit in the waiting area while everyone is at lunch

She did not tell me I would mostly likely be sore to VERY sore, achey or have pain in my joints the next day. Did not say what to do about it if it occurred. I Googled it to find out that ice or heat might help. Otherwise she was fine.

I don't believe my visit could have went any better. It was short and to the point. I was in and out in literlly minutes. I have enjoyed years of very good care with Steadman Hawkins.

The scheduled visit took about 3-4 weeks from my doc referral, so any improvement might be significant and appreciated by all patients.

The check in staff was helpful and the assistant that took me back for the Nerve Conduction Study was pleasant. Dr. Lehman did not introduce herself and in my opinion, lacks appropriate patient interaction skills.

My visits has been very professionally handled and relaxing.

This was my first time at this facility. Entering from the parking lot level, I found little to no signage available to point me in the right direction. So, better signs directing you to the office you are looking for. My confirmation stated C100, but I saw this no where on my walk thru the building.

I thought I had one of the best experiences and a doctor's office that I've ever had in my life. Everything was on time and I was out within 15 minutes. The doctor explained everything thoroughly to me and I was extremely impressed by her professionalism.

I would have liked to know what the next step in treatment was going to be. It seemed that after the test, there was nothing else they were going to do. I had to get a different doctor at another practice to make a referral for me for the next step in my care. Not good.

It would have been nice if the doctor doing my nerve test would have explained more about what she was doing other than telling it's going to be a poke. I noticed her marking thing on a screen but I don't know why. Other than that she was nice.

Nothing I can think of! Everything was great from scheduling the visit, checking in and the appointment. I was very happy with Dr. Lehman. 1st time seeing her and she was very thorough!! My procedure was explained to me in detail and answered all my questions. If I ever need to go back I will definitely request Dr. Lehman.
