It would be better if doctor could spend more time with patients.

He's actually cut me off of my plane medication that I've been taking for 25 years. Call of Turkey with no kind of offering for draws or anything. So I just really don't know what to do now, but to hunt another time clinic or maybe a new insurance company.

There was a long wait time in the examination room. It would be better if we didn't have to wait so long.

They all done an outstanding job

Better management of appointment times, for example, holding open certain times each week for "emergency" pain sufferers. It's called "Pain Management" - but it forces patients to endure their pain for 5 to 6 weeks before seeing them!

Nothing to offer. Visit was great.

The only negative was that I wasn't able to get in to see the doctor as quickly as I needed. But once the appointment was made, everyone was very knowledgeable, courteous and kind. The doctor is obviously highly sought after by other patients and I can see why. He was absolutely excellent. He and the staff were caring and thorough. I highly recommend them.

Wanted to charge copay even though we've maxed out the out of pocket expenses. Wanted to reschedule due to nonpayment of copay. Finally convinced to be seen and pay later. Was not aware of copay before arriving. The Doc was good

Th only thing I can say is I wish I could have gotten in sooner!

The nurse seemed very busy and maybe a little rushed. A balanced workload is critical to good, standardized care. Recommend you review workload leveling.

Dr. Roehmer is absolutely wonderful and all of the ladies at the desk have been so kind and respectful to me. There is not anything I would change. I think it is a wonderful office and I have absolutely enjoyed going.

I can't think of anything in particular that needs improvement. Dr. Roehmer is fantastic. I trust his care more than any other provider I've had in my life!

This Doctor is one of the best I have ever seen. He did more for me in 15 minutes than my primary doc has done in 3 years he was very nice and explained everything in great detail

I cannot recommend any improvements! Everyone I came in contact were extremely courteous and very professional. I felt like everyone cared about me and treated me with the utmost care.

My first visit. Was a little crazy alot of people and some confusion with registration desk Check in and out areas hard to see sign are small and up high. I notices the elderly were definitely confused as to where to go. Mark those better would be nice. I do have to say that the Dr I saw was really the only one with a personality and I liked him very much. Registration lady and the nurse w we e just going through the motions. The bathroom could also use some attention. Room was clean and like I said Dr was good and listened and answered all questions. I'll give him a 10 but facility iyself with I think 3 different offices needs better visuals on where to go and the intake ladies need to smile

I think the doctor did an excellent job on my surgery. And the staff was excellent and I had no complaints about anything. Except he really did a good job on me. And I will definitely be back and recommend him for somebody else. Thank you.

I have no suggestions. Everyone I encountered was extremely professional, and I was treated with utmost respect. My questions were answered satisfactory. I felt very comfortable with all staff, and felt like my care was a priority.
