I don't know the answer to this at this time. Dr. Roehmer provide excellent care for my needs. I consider him to be an exemplary medical professional. I am glad he is my Physician with my back issues. He is outstanding and I am delighted that he is my doctor.

It would be better if doctor could spend more time with patients.

There was a long wait time in the examination room. It would be better if we didn't have to wait so long.

They all done an outstanding job

After 30 minutes waiting and seeing others who got there after me be called back I asked for an update on my care. I was told they were behind and would be seeing me shortly. I waited another 10 minutes before being taken back. 10-15 minutes after that, the Doctor came in. I was not treated for my reason for being there. According to them, they didn't have the MRI images even though the appointment was made well enough in advance to get the images.

Nothing to offer. Visit was great.

I scheduled this appointment thinking it was for an injection I would be self paying. There was so much confusion about my appointment and why I was there. Since I scheduled this appointment, I have spent weeks in pain that effects so much of my daily life. It was very disheartening to show up at this appointment and realize I'm going to have to wait longer. The doctor and staff were all kind and helpful though. I don't know what caused all the confusion but it was very disheartening to have my care plan slowed down.

The only negative was that I wasn't able to get in to see the doctor as quickly as I needed. But once the appointment was made, everyone was very knowledgeable, courteous and kind. The doctor is obviously highly sought after by other patients and I can see why. He was absolutely excellent. He and the staff were caring and thorough. I highly recommend them.

The Dr should have treated me for what I came in for which was my back/neck/legs pain. He wouldn't talk abt that he chose to pick fiberamgia to talk abt and suggest treatment. That is not what I went in there for. Why does a pain dr not believe in pain medicine. He is in the wrong job. Thank u

The lady at the front could have been friendlier. Also, waited over 30 minutes before doctor came in . Opened the door and asked if I was forgotten about.

The desk people seem distracted and disinterested in interacting with me. "Oh well, here's someone else." Kind of feeling.

They was trustworthy, just took to long to see me

Wanted to charge copay even though we've maxed out the out of pocket expenses. Wanted to reschedule due to nonpayment of copay. Finally convinced to be seen and pay later. Was not aware of copay before arriving. The Doc was good

Appt was at 10:15. Waited over 40 minutes before being called in. Never informed of a delay. After being called back it was another half hour before dr came in apologized saying there was an issue. Was fine with that however nurse or whoever she was could have said something to us instead if herding us like cattle and not saying anything Dr was fine and I respect him i do think however he should move his practice to a less dreary place.

In my opinion, they did everything they could do.

Th only thing I can say is I wish I could have gotten in sooner!

He could have reviewed my chart a little more thoroughly. He seemed to be unaware of all my problems. But he did try with what he had. Not a good fit.

The nurse seemed very busy and maybe a little rushed. A balanced workload is critical to good, standardized care. Recommend you review workload leveling.

I think everything was done professionally

I felt gaslighted by the doctor. He didn't seem to take my concerns or pain seriously. Told me I could come back in 3 months "if you want." So, I left and cried in my car.

Dr. Roehmer is absolutely wonderful and all of the ladies at the desk have been so kind and respectful to me. There is not anything I would change. I think it is a wonderful office and I have absolutely enjoyed going.

I can't think of anything in particular that needs improvement. Dr. Roehmer is fantastic. I trust his care more than any other provider I've had in my life!

This Doctor is one of the best I have ever seen. He did more for me in 15 minutes than my primary doc has done in 3 years he was very nice and explained everything in great detail

Every move was very professionally done ?

I cannot recommend any improvements! Everyone I came in contact were extremely courteous and very professional. I felt like everyone cared about me and treated me with the utmost care.

I think everything went good

My first visit. Was a little crazy alot of people and some confusion with registration desk Check in and out areas hard to see sign are small and up high. I notices the elderly were definitely confused as to where to go. Mark those better would be nice. I do have to say that the Dr I saw was really the only one with a personality and I liked him very much. Registration lady and the nurse w we e just going through the motions. The bathroom could also use some attention. Room was clean and like I said Dr was good and listened and answered all questions. I'll give him a 10 but facility iyself with I think 3 different offices needs better visuals on where to go and the intake ladies need to smile
