I cannot think of anything more Dr. Marquet could have done for me. I was absolutely pleased with his knowledge, concern and interest in providing and discussing all information relative to the urology concerns that brought me to his office.

The ladies at the check-in desk appeared to not want to be working that day. In spite of being the only one at the checkout counter, the lady made every effort to ignore me for several minutes. Finally I asked " Is this where I check in to see the urologist?" After this, she unenthusiastically, said yes, what's your name, and go get some urine for the doctor. It always helps to make a good first impression, especially with when check-in people say " yes, may I help you? "

I received all the care that I needed and it was all trustworthy and respectful.

Dr. Marguet and his staff have always treated me with outstanding professionalism and respect. What healthcare administrators struggle to understand is when care is at its apex there isn't much room above. This staff has earned and maintained my trust as evidenced by my continuing to seek their help.

Advise patient that there may be leakage after the procedure. I peed in my pants on the way home uncontrolled.

Understanding that places get busy, it seemed a little excessive to have to wait over an hour for the doctor to see me and then he forgot to tell the nurse that we were free to go. We had to wait another 40 minutes in the room when we were finally told that they had forgotten to come get us. We were allowed to go to checkout where the lady was very helpful. Unfortunately, either she was not familiar with the computer or there were some issues, but she had to have someone come and help her, the first patient in front of us, and was unable to help us get things scheduled until later in the afternoon. So we had to leave and wait for a call back.

None absolutely have great confidence in this staff

The staff were very kind but very busy as they were about 20 minutes late with the appointment time I was given I barely had time to ask a couple questions I was going to ask the Doctor however I did have time to ask the nurse but of course some questions needed to be answered by the Doctor. I realize they were very busy with a lot of patients other than me.

Let me know how the flomax interacts with my heart medicine and my history of health

I do not know of anything I could ask for that could improve on excellence! Keep the super nice staff you have now happy so they stay with you.

After the procedure I expected to have a quiet session with the doctor after I was cleaned by from the procedure so I discuss options. Instead he just quickly listed a future treatment as I was lying there with my pants at my feet, covered in fluids, wondering how I was ever going to be able to get cleaned up and to a restroom after having my bladder examined and I think filled with fluids. I was in a very distressed physical state. I could not even think about asking my questions at that point. He recommended I start finasteride but in his hurry to leave did not write or electronically provide a prescription.

It was my first visit. I really liked the nurses and my Doctor. He explained everything to us and listened to our questions. He was in no hurry and made me feel like he cared. Marguet was his name. The scheduler was great also.

I was not aware on a couple of my visits when I would be required to provide a urine sample. Something I did not think to ask about this time and would be nice to know ahead of tme.

N/A - From my first contact on entering to the last person on leaving, everyone was competent, professional and friendly. I was treated well. I met Dr. Marguet for the first time and he has my utmost trust and respect.

Difficulty contacting the doctors. Must wait on computer switch board talking to a recording or go to the infamous my chart which is really bad and not intuitive or in any way easy to use.

The nurse was chewing gum. It was noisy and irritating and she looked like she was chewing her cud. It was very unprofessional.

Prisma should have a dedicated clinic for pelvic floor therapy for patients with urological issues stemming from , in my case, having to have a bladder stricture dilated. Fortunately, I am also associated with Gibbs Cancer Center and I am having therapy there, successfully I'd like to add.
