The only reason I stated "yes mostly" for being able to get the appointment I needed is because of the weather. My appointment was originally slated for one of the snow days in February, but they got me in three weeks later--which in PCP world is like, ASAP, lol! The office did a great job of working with the circumstances: SC's crumbling road infrastructure in the middle of snow. The staff was awesome, my doctor was awesome and I'm so glad I found this practice. Treat them right because I want to be able to keep coming to this practice as my PCP. We need good doctors in SC!

I was disappointed that I couldn't get the X-ray while I was in the office. The nurse called following day but was in meeting all day. Now I have to take more time off of work for X-ray-after I scheduled it

Very short visit, he was not my doctor, was filling in. I, of course informed him of what I needed done..got bloodwork scheduled and a prescription refill.. asked for a flu shot, he finished the visit and escorted me out before I could get the shot. I asked for it at checkout and they brought me back to a room and I got it. This was a wellness check and all he did was listen to my heart. Guess no one looks in your eyes, ears, mouth... checks your neck glands, for ankle swelling, all the usual things!

I couldn't have asked for more. Dr. Vail is phenomenal. A superb physician and human being. His staff was excellent in every way.

All member were respectful and courteous

Not sure. Everything was fine. MD was not completely aware of my history, but it was the first time he'd seen me so that's expected.

Please make sure all the doctors' names and their office locations are displayed in the entrance lobby. I could not find my doctor's name last time until one nice lady guided us.

Check in was questionable AT BEST. Did not show an ID or insurance card This was a visit to establish a PCP and i have to admit, I probably will not return. Place seemed very "sloppy" professionally. I wasnt even asked if I had received or wanted TO receive a flu shot.

Everything was great no changes

First off, I didn't get an appointment as I needed it. I had been to the emergency room. Finally, they did allow me to come to see a doctor, not my doctor, who I am told was not available until I couldn't get an appointment with that doctor until December 26. I'm unhappy with the scheduling that I got from the doctor. A doctor that I did see was fine. He took care of my needs. But you're scheduling for patients to come in to see the doctor. You can't get an appointment. It's very hard to get an appointment, I should say. So you need to look into that. As far as the doctor was concerned, he was fine. As far as the nurse was concerned, she was not overly friendly, but she was fine. And so those are the improvements that I see right now. but they may be.

I was treated with the utmost respect. I emailed my provider and got an appointment with another provider. This provider was new to the staff and exceeded my expectations. Would gladly see Dr. Vail again. The whole staff is excellent from check-in to check-out. Thank you for seeing me as quickly as you did.

It would have been easier if my regular doctor was giving the wellness check

Perfect in every way

Well, first of all, I was trying to get a primary care provider, which I did, thankfully, but I also had major issues with how I was looking to find answers about continuing my therapeutic care. I understand he's not a therapy or a psychiatrist, but I didn't really get receiving the care that I got switched from previously. So now I don't have any real clue who to call or who was recommended.

Inform check out staff of physician's recommendations to do before the patient checks out.

Look into my eyes as you were speaking to me!! Too busy typing on the computer!! Forgot to call in my prescription for a uti!! I had to call back the nurses on day : to remind them I still didn't have a prescription called in !!!

I just want to say they did everything that I could possibly done. Everything was on point. I was really satisfied with the whole attitude and everything that they've done, the staff as well as the doctor. So I don't really think they could have improved any more than what they did. They were good. So yes, I take my hat off to them. Thank you.

Provider did not seem to know my medical history at all. He could have reviewed my electronic chart prior to my visit.

I thought everybody was absolutely amazing and I like Dr. Vail more than any other doctor. I've had since my pediatrician as a kid. I thought, as though I was treated as a person and not a patient, and he listened very well and wanted to know the big picture of my health and took the time to explain any questions I have as well as informed me of options. I really can't think of any ways to do it better.
