My apt was at 11 did get seen until after 12.

I was sent for labs before noon. The results didn't post until after 5 pm. I assumed I would be given further instructions based on the labs as I was told that would happen. I heard nothing the complete next day despite sending a message. There seems to be little follow up and that's frustrating.

I couldn't ask for more. Dr McFadden was wonderful. He listened to me and let me ask as many questions as I needed. He was very supportive of my needs. I was so blessed to have him as my surgeon.

Your staff was just wonderful very polite nice. Dr. McFadden is wonderful outstanding. Some doctors could take notes from him because he makes you feel very cared for and he is a very nice and happy person. He smiles the whole time he is very good at his job.

Enough with the Covid nonsense. How would I possibly know if I have been exposed to a virus that frequently has no symptoms? Much less now the measles hype with maybe 1 in 10000 in our area. Still signs up about 6 feet. Enough with the silliness and get on with medical care. It degrades your credibility to think an anal exam exposes respiratory disease!

I realize that the person that I felt maybe didn't come across as I am normally treated with Prisma may have been having a bad day! That is understandable. It may have been me my approach to the receptionist but wasn't treated as cheerfully as most of Prisma's facilities have done so in the past experiences. I almost wish I would've gotten a name but it's ok , just thought I'd mention it for the record.

Dr. McFadden is superlative

Every time I go to colon and rectal clinic to see Dr. McFadden everything is perfect. I can't complain about anything. He is one of the most caring doctors that I have met. I have been with Dr. McFadden for a couple of years now and he has treated me so kind and his staff also they just create a wonderful environment. I am very happy that I chose Dr. McFadden. I was really going through a really rough time.

I can't think of not one thing that you need to change about your faculty at this point in time, everything was great.

Absolutely nothing. He has a wonderful bedside manner and it feels like I'm talking to a friend. He cares. I recommend him 100x more than anyone I've been to. And I've sent business his way already
