Nothing at all. Dr. Hurst was awesome and really did a great job with my first visit to his office. He took alot of notes about my previous health history, developed a PCP care plan for me going forward, and I am confident that I will be in "great hands" with him as my new PCP.

From the moment I walk in, I am greeted with warmth and treated with genuine care. They listen closely, respond thoughtfully, and approach my health concerns as a shared mission, not just a clinical case. They are also very responsive when I send questions through MyChart. I truly appreciate how quickly and thoroughly they reply-often easing my concerns and helping me stay proactive between visits. That level of attentiveness and communication makes a meaningful difference. We are working together to better understand what is going on in my body, and I feel deeply grateful to have a team that is compassionate, collaborative, and fully invested in helping me find answers. I trust them, appreciate them, and feel fortunate to have them on my side.

Dr. Hurst listens and is factual

When scheduling appointments staff could ask which office to schedule follow up or even tell you they are changing you from original office to another one. I did not know I had been switch until my text reminder. I feel this is not good customer service.
