Carrie Leigh Lichtenstein, AuD

Carrie Lichtenstein, AuD, is an audiologist with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating hearing loss. Her academic and professional training has equipped her with a strong clinical background across various settings. Her interest in audiology stemmed from her experience as a teacher for the deaf and hard of hearing. After receiving her doctorate of audiology from Gallaudet University, she began her audiology career at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, in 2016. When the snow and cold became unbearable, Dr. Lichtenstein and her family relocated to Greenville in 2021. She spent some time teaching American Sign Language at a local community college before joining the Prisma Health ENT team in 2022. Her clinical focus includes diagnostics, cochlear implants and osseointegrated devices. Dr. Lichtenstein is passionate about patient care and staying updated on the latest advancements in the field through continuous professional development.
