Doctor and Staff met my every need.

This was my first visit and I was very happy with the level of service, professionalism, and care I received from the nurses and Dr. Osborne. I never had to wait long and Dr. Osborne was thorough, familiar with my history, listened to my thoughts and concerns, and I appreciated she really listened. I was amazed how much was accomplished in one visit.

There is no need for improvement. Dr. Osborne and the other staff are the best!

I was very pleased with my visit. It was the first time seeing Dr. Osborne and she was very thorough.

I am very pleased with my annual appointment with Dr Osborne and her staff of professionals. I've always been treated with curtesy and care. Everyone is easy to talk with, listens carefully and responds with great suggestions and helpful data. They all deserve a raise in wages!! Thank you for considering my opinions.

She was very, very attentive. I just love her. I just love her because she asks questions and I ask questions and she answers. And I just think I've enough with a very, very good doctor. And I like her. Well, the way she's been treating me, I love her. Okay, bye-bye.

Computers were malfunctioning, necessitating long waits.

Dr Caroline Osborne wanted me to come back in 2 weeks but now I have to wait till December. I am surprised that there is a long wait.

Phenomenal physician. Mom commented, "she really knows what she's doing," and stated that she trusts Dr. Osborne, which is unusual for Mom.

Prior to visit. Maybe it would be useful to have patients complete an inquiry about what are the concerns and topics they would like to discuss during visit. This would help patients and caregivers be more prepared for interaction.

I have a great deal of respect for Dr Osborne for her integrity, intelligence, compassion and knowledge.

I thought the provider and staff were exceptional. They were very meticulous in their questions and explanations. I fully appreciate the candor and directness of service.

Nothing, I was amazed at the coordination of care and how quickly I was contacted regarding all my follow up items. I was also very surprised at the amount of time Dr. Osborne spent with me, I appreciated it - demonstrates compassion.

I cannot think of any improvement that is needed.

Everything was great, Dr. Osborne is an excellent physician. She listens to me an offers very helpful suggestions and advice.
