I was treated very well. Don't know anything they could improve on.

Exam room had debris on the floor from someone else's shoes. Used tissue or something did not make it into the trash can. Eeewww.

No complaints. Always get excellent service at this facility when needing urgent care

There was a long line to check in. There was only one person at the desk and she was doing the absolute best she could. But I noticed so many staff members walk right by the line that was starting to get really long and none of the staff seemed to relay to someone that she needed help

Those responses should have all been positive, as most it could be. Got bat fingered some of them. Couldn't have been any better. Really tickled with the care that I got. Thank you.

Get people in to the back quicker

Nothing! From the time I walked in I was greeted quickly, asked questions regarding reason for visit and registration. And was seen very quickly given as much upper respiratory infection is going around.

Well when I was sent up to the hospital and I was told to go to the registration window nobody seemed to know where to send me to get my ultrasound at people at the tree off and they didn't seem to know either so I need to be trained a little better I think

Actually doing the lab works instead of just doing a physical exam and then prescribing drugs that did absolutely nothing. They did not do a COVID flu or any sort of testing. I then had to go to the hospital two days later because I had the flu and I was mistreated, given antibiotics for the flu.

I went in to the clinic as a walk-in. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.

You guys did so great with me I was so sick I accidentally fell asleep in the waiting room. I was gently woken up by a kind nurse..and led to a room where I was quickly seen. I am so grateful for the quick care attention and concern despite the enormous amount of patients waiting. I love ETMG Walk in clinic! I was in and out in probably less than 45 minutes from start to finish! And my scripts were called immediately! I was soooo thankful! Keep it up, ETMG/PRISMA HEALTH! I'D RECOMMEND YALL TO MY MOST LOVED ONES ! ????

None. The nursing staff, xray technician and provider Caroline Lutz were extremely thorough and made me feel comfortable during a time of extremely discomfort. They were consistently empathetic and genuinely cared for my well being and finding the extent to my injury. Very impressed and thankful to all the staff that treated me.

You could have realized that the medication you gave me interacted with a current medication I was taking, which caused a reaction after two days of taking it.

Just a paper that had phone number to call and Dr that I saw in case I had questions would be helpful

Everyone i interacted with was amazing. I'm thankful for the coupon I was given for my flu pill that really helped. Everything I visit there i am taken care of fast and efficiently and everyone is awesome. I've been to other urgent cares and this is the one I prefer above all the rest.

A person should not have to wait 25 minutes to make an appointment. This is a problem every place an appointment is needed.

This was out first time visiting the walk-in Clinic. Granted, we were there for almost 4 hours, but everybody was wonderful.

Have more help to get patients seen quicker.

I couldn't have asked for better care. The reason I answered no on the 1st question was because it is a clinic. It's first come first serve and depends on how serious the problem is. I have always been treated well when I have been to the clinic. I'm glad you all are there.

I used the walk in clinic so I had about a 3 hour total time visit. I didn't expect it to be fast. I think everyone was doing their best to see people quickly. I liked the set up where someone took vitals first. It seemed to streamline the process. I also appreciated Kleenex and hand sanitizer on every table in the waiting room. I also liked being able to go on the MyCart app and read the providers notes. And best of all, the treatments she prescribed have worked!

The walkin clinic was crowded

The front desk was asking a bunch of questions that should not have been asked in a busy waiting room while we are sick - insurance information, employment status etc. We come to yhr clinic because our primary care is in that facility but we would've been seen quicker and less hassle going to CVS or Kroget clinics. We are not "new" here and it's upsetting that information doesn't transfer nor do the employees care.

Everyone one was great. I was treated with respect and care.

The Dr. and nurses were great , one of the best experiences I've had with the after care clinic. With the amount of patients in the waiting room they literally took care of me like I was the only person there , and trust me when I tell you it was almost completely full , but still taking care of everyone else. If you want to do some improvement get these people some help.

Everything was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Fast in fast out but got all the answers I needed.

Caroline was such a blessing to me when I went to the clinic. I was in pain from a fall. She listened as I explained my symptoms and she had me Xray'd to make sure nothing was broken. I hadn't seen her before but she made me feel like her patient with the attentiveness, concern and the time she took with me. She is diffently the one I want to see if I ever have to go back to the clinic.

I was satisfied with my visit to Urgent Care.

I was supposed to be called the following day to get my CT time but was never contacted. I even called and was told they would call me after lunch but still did not receive a call.

I was treated professionally and respectfully.

No care was given to actually find out what was wrong with me. It was an educated guess instead of actual medical practice. How about a scan to see the problem?

On this visit nothing. My nurse practitioner was amazing. Would see her again if I could. The other nurse was great as well. I've never been given shots without any pain before.

Caroline was awesome. She listened to me. Discussed situation and took time and care with me. I could not have asked for better treatment and care. I give her a A+

Treated very well and the provider listened to me and she was very knowledgeable.

We spent 20 minutes making sure our insurance was up to date, but then the insurance wasn't billed and I had to call back and question why it was billed as uninsured when I should have not had a bill at all because it's Blunt County government.

I thought she was prescribing pain medicine but when we picked up the other prescription, she hadn't. The pharmacy called and she had not prescribed a pain medication. The pain shot I got wore off in the night and I back in the pain I went to the clinic with. Did not solve the problem. She prescribed a course of steroids that I told her I had before without any improvement. Again, did not solve my problem.

The NP said a shot was needed as well as medication. I was very pleased.

I waited 2 hrs to see the nurse but I know how things go when you get a new computer system. Everyone was very kind and positive and knew you waited a long time to get in. It was worth the wait.

Came quick clinic not expecting it to take 4 hours and 20 minutes I unfortunately was there on the computers being added . Grueling time hadn't eaten not knowing the wait was worse than hospital

We did 45 minutes for test results that we were told would only take 10 minutes. No one came back. I had to go find someone. And they just said, oh, you can leave. Your results are negative. Just wasted a lot of time.

I was treated great and with most respect. I was treated wonderful there and they gave me the prescription that I needed and I thoroughly trust them. They're a wonderful group. Thank you.

Honestly I was pleased with my visit and plan on coming here going forward.

Have these after hrs clinic not send everyone to er at shift change.There were people that should of not been there.There were several of us that went to etmg after hours and were sent to the emergency room using scare tactics (speaking for myself)I think the er gets dumped on by some of these clinics and the people who truly need to be there suffer needlessly.10 and 12 hrs is too much for the ones that should be looked at.also whomever was over er that night was very unprofessional.Ya'll are suppose to be trained on handling the mentally ill.not scream and berate them.It was uncomfortable to witness.Then she yelled at the whole waiting room to mind their own business.She definitely had everyones attention and general consensus she was in the wrong.maybe some sensitivity training is in order for her.

Explained more as they were listening to my breathing and what the blood test was looking for. How long should I wait until returning. Just thought the visit was rushed. The other times my visit were not rushed.

Well, the care my husband received was lovely. However, you had a radiologist read an X-ray from home. That's perfect. He had a CBC drawn and the results were not available until today. And his CBC was not good. And so I'm certainly glad that nothing happened bad to him, like he went septic or something. I think there should be on-site, not around the corner, but on-site, A little itty bitty room in there that y'all can at least do minor blood work, like a CBC or something. Not wait till the next Christmas day to do it around the corner. Goodbye.

Related to facility not the medical providers. Have other TV options in lobby than just Fox News. Lobby check in said one doctor controlled the TVs. Local news, regular ABC, NBC, CBS or HGTV on the other monitors could be offered to make the very LONG wait more bearable.

It is no fault of her own, because she was just feeling in and did not typically work at the front desk. The lady that helped me with my insurance, had some difficulty finding my insurance in the system. But it was not her fault, because I do not actually have a card or anything to offer as I am through Blount County government level 2. It caused some issues and made it difficult for her to find. Otherwise, she was extremely helpful! Even offered to reach out to someone that wasn't there. If it were filed incorrectly, I would just like to get a follow-up phone call. So that the issue can be corrected. And I can supply payment.

Very satisfied. Caroline had great, comforting manner. Very thorough. She was one of the best providers I've seen in the care today clinic.

Everything was fine, but I'm not happy that so many doctors are leaving, but since prisma has taken over. So I'm not sure that I'm happy about the takeover in the hospital and I blame our mayor and his attitude towards masks as the instigator for all the change.

Keep the doctor that you have because there is a lot of good ones leaving. Most people I talk with are not happy with the take over and transition. Morale is low

My first visit and I was very pleased. They got me in quickly and listened to my concerns regarding my issues. I was sent to the ER and my diagnosis was exactly what this provider, Caroline, was worried it could be which is something I hadn't even considered. She literally may have saved my life! Thank you!! ?

A little bit slower of an exam. It lasted just a couple seconds and she didn't look in my ears or nose for an upper respiratory issue. As I left I wondered if she missed anything

She said that he needed blood drawn to check for possible nicotine poisoning ,she said she would call ahead to tell them we was coming. I think she realized he needed immediate care because of the seriousness of his situation.

The PA could have discussed use of other over the counter pain meds in addition to the muscle relaxer. Like Advil along with muscle relaxer.
