I am really so relieved and happy with the care I received. I was so nervous and worried and the entire staff just made me feel so relaxed and answered all my questions. This is my first pregnancy and I had no idea what to do. They eased my anxiety and gave me direction without frustration or judgement. I feel confident the entire team will help me stay on the path to a safe and successful delivery. I am grateful. Thank you.

I added all my meds into my chart and the nurse still had to put them all in. There should be a feature that pulls them over and the nurse just checks the box, they should not have to retype them all

The computer records of my previous treatments were inaccurate. That was unhelpful. That puts the front desk manager and myself at an uncomfortable place of not knowing the facts or who to trust. Neither of us wants to spend our time arguing about what procedures I have or haven't had. I have no idea how that happened or what can, if anything, be done about it. When I called to make an appointment, they said I would be considered a "new patient" even through I had recently had two full pregnancies with them. I found this bizarre. It had also been less than three years since my last appointment with them. That felt unwelcoming. I am usually faced with some new problem or policy whenever I call or visit. This creates insecurity and anxiety for a patient. In contrast, the doctor I saw was lovely and kind and not in a rush.

Dr. Geiger was wonderful, she made me feel heard and spent plenty of time discussing my concerns with me and came up with a plan of action. Will recommend her & her team to everyone, I had a great experience.

I would not change anything. Everyone has been great ever since I moved from the OBGYN on grove rd. Wish I could have switched a long time ago! Great office !

My visit to this facility was very positive. I appreciated the friendly and professional staff, but I was impressed mainly by the top-notch cleanliness environment. As a new patient, I felt at ease and was attended to courteously by all. The physician was thorough, listened, and took her time during the exam. She never once made me feel rushed. She answered all my questions respectfully. Thank you, Dr. Greiger, for taking the time to make me feel valued. Your professionalism didn't go unnoticed.
