Caroline Dillard Brownlee, MD

My only suggestion is that Dr. Brownlee should not accept any new patients. It is hard to get appointments with her and the receptionist always says she is booked up. She is a wonderful doctor. I just think it is unfair to her loyal patients who have been with her for a long time time to give appointments to new patients, when she barley has time to see you. The new patients need to find doctors who are accepting patients. For my yearly physical I have to wait almost 8 months to see her again.

There are no ways to improve the level of support and care that Dr Brownlee gives to me and my family. Excellent is just that, excellent

Nothing. I've never been treated with anything less than caring, kindness and respect.

Hire enough people that'll register you in and register you out. They don't have to stand there while you standing there there on the phone talking to people.

Nothing different. I was establishing myself as a new patient. Everyone from check in to rooming to Dr. Brownlee were wonderful.

I have a number of questions I need answered before agreeing to a new medication. I plan to send those questions via messages in My Chart.

There's nothing that could have been done to make my visit more pleasant and educational. Dr. Brownlee is just the best. She's just the best. I'll be upset when I have to wait longer than 10 minutes for her, but when she comes in, I just forget about all that. She's apologetic if she's late coming in, but she spends quality time for me. I mean, every minute that she's in there with me, she's educating me on my health. And I love it. She's just wonderful. She has really helped me improve my health.

Dr. Caroline Brownlee and her family are so amazing. They are so gentle and so kind I love and depreciate them and trust them with my care.

Sadly I feel like the doctor is rushed and pressured to only give a certain amount of time per patient. I think more doctors are required for the doctors to be to take their time with patients.

I didn't see a provider this visit. I go every two weeks for my B12 injection. I saw Dr. Brownlee several weeks ago for my annual visit. I have been her patient for over two decades so she knows my medical history well and I trust her completely with my care. I am very fortunate to have her as my doctor, she is a very caring physician and she really listens to you when you have a problem

I have been her patient for 18 years. She is a remarkable doctor. Always up to date and knows me ..I trust her. She is professional and friendly. I would recommend her.

The check-in registration lady did not notify my care team that I had arrived. I had already done the e-check in at home and she told me to go on back after I signed some consent papers. I waited in the waiting area longer than I would have had to because my care team did not know I had arrived. They were wondering if I missed my appointment but thankfully the nurse checked out in the waiting area to see if I was there. There is no point to doing e-check in if it does not make things quicker. My husband had a similar problem on his last visit to IMA. Once I was taken back to the Dr. Brownlee's office everything was very efficient and I did not have any long waits.

I can't think of anything. My provider, is extremely intelligent, compassionate, she listens carefully, and she cares about me.

I am blessed to have Dr. Brownlee as my doctor, she knows my history and listens to me. All of my friends wish they had her as their doctor. I get B12 injections every two weeks so I don't see her excecpt every 6 mos but if I need to be seen for a problem the staff tries hard to work me in to see her. I have been a patient of hers for over two decades. I have always been pleased with everyone there and the care I have recieved

I have never had a bad experience when I have gone to IMA and I have been Dr Brownlee's patient for two decades! All of my friends want to be her patient!

I was completely satisfied.

I was very disappointed in the lady that checked me in. When I walked in I looked at every cubicle to see if anyone was available. I then noticed this lady at the checkout cubicle. I walked up to her window and stated that I was checking in for Dr Brownlee. (I had already checked in and paid on my app). She immediately stated that her window was for checking out and that I should be on the other side to check in. I stated that there was no one over there and so I stood and waited for her to finish the previous patient. She smirked w a rude half laugh and said, "Uh...there are 3 people over there!" I responded that they weren't there when I walked up and she argued w me that they were there and I just got in the wrong line. This went on for 2-3 minutes!! She finally looked at me and said, "You're good, you already checked in online...and next time please check in over there." I was so shocked at her attitude towards me. This is my first experience with anyone at IMA being rude and argumentative. This entire experience was unnecessary and very unprofessional.

I can't think of anything more. Dr. Brownlee is caring and interested. Her staff is friendly and helpful.

There is nothing else I could ask for. Dr. Brownlee is hands-down the BEST doctor and she took excellent care of me. She listened to everything I had to say, and she is making sure all of my health concerns are addressed.

ER doctor recommended follow up in 3 days but next available appointment was 2.5 weeks
