Have provider make call to change Neurologist.

Dr. Molter could not be more supportive, trustworthy, and respectful. I never feel rushed; she takes whatever time is necessary to review and explain each of my medical findings and issues. We then discuss in detail what measures should be taken to improve my health. So I don't have to rely on just memory, she hands me a handwritten piece of paper with the notes she has written as we talked about what I should do. Though this information appears in My Chart and on the printout, I truly appreciate her giving me her individual notes. It makes our visit so much more personal. I value Dr. Molter's expertise, knowledge, and her bedside manners. She is the epitome of what a physician should be because she actually cares about her patients!

Dr Molter is fantastic! I cannot think of any suggestion for improvement.

My appointment went well. Dr. Molter is very caring.

I wish I could get to the office directly. MyChart would not go thru when I pushed SEND so I called the only number I had. When I got to the operator, I got a very rude, nasty, very old lady who all but hung up on me. I called back and got a very nice lady who put me directly to whom I needed to speak. The first old lady should not be dealing with the public!!!

Dr. Molter is very thorough and her explanations are clear and concise. I enjoy seeing her because she is very knowledgeable and love that she gives you options. She also writes a note with specific instructions if she needs me to get information she needs.

For my 9:00 appointment i arrived before 8:45 even though I had preregistered. I wasn't called back until after 9:15. Next appointment I will arrive close to the scheduled appointment time so I won't have to sit and wait so long.

The specialist referral was like you can't get in to see a specialist for like three months.

I've been a patient of IMA for 30-yrs, first physician retired and since Dr Molter has been my physician. She has met every expectations and more in providing medical care. She is always professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and very attentive.
