Everyone was perfect & courteous to me w/about everything I asked & questioned. They had all the answers I was looking for & will definitely allow him & his faculty to continue to help & treat me for as long as I need them.

There was no issues with my visit that would required me to complaint that would required changes.

The provider was great! My significant other came with me. After my visit, he mentioned how unprofessional one of the registration members was. He said they tried to flirt while I was in the back.

First meeting with Dr. Botero. Very happy with him. Took the time to explain everything and the plan of treatment. Would definitely recommend him.

I can offer nothing that would provide improvement of care. However I did appreciate the care with which the doctor listened to me and the fact that the nurse was able to take my blood pressure using a manual cup rather than an electronic one. That makes a definitive difference in the numbers provided. I appreciate that she had that expertise. Many I have encountered do not. Thank you

I felt very supported. I trusted my service provider. I felt respected and I felt emotionally and physically safe. I don't think that there's anything that could have improved my experience any further because it was an excellent experience.

By hiring more medical staff we great bedside manners. Dr. Botero is always ready to listen and documentation his is great . Can be contact as available via my chart. Nursing and receptionists seem to be right to the point, stress and unfriendly. It was the last appointment of the day and they were probably tired. Positive experience overall. Thanks!

I have never been so well cared for. The staff treated me as an individual, each member that I came into contact with showed kindness and respect.

I have hearing loss & could not hear the clerk at registration from her seated position across her cubicle & behind glass wall. Being first visit, i wasn't aware of procedure.

There was no hand sink in the exam room for staff to wash their hands, which was strange to be lacking, to me.

Dr. Botero, is very knowledgeable about his job. He shows respect, understanding and integrity. He goes beyond his call of duty to help you understand your diabetes. He is the only doctor I have met that explains what you are dealing with and how to manage it long term. He is a great advocate for diabetes management.

Keep everything the same, great people great doctor. Everyone was very good at what they do.

Medicare requires 90 days between visits for them to pay for insulin. The practice is so busy I can't book next appointment within 90 days.

Dr. B. Carlos, I was impressed with his knowledge of my condition. He is very trustworthy, secure, caring and explained how you can improve your condition. I have never had a doctor in today's society who took the time to treat you as a human being rather then. a number. I would not hesitate in referring someone to him. He is an exceptional doctor.
