They do a good job in their practice. I was able to see the doctor the morning I called. I had a right ear infection as the result of a cold. I have had the cold for almost 3 weeks and it resulted in the ear infection. I have already felt better with the medicine he gave me.

Yeah, I had a good experience. He's a good doctor. I'm glad I'm with him. And I just asked him a question about the radiation level when you get a cardiac catheterization, and that question wasn't really addressed. I guess maybe he didn't think it was that important. I had to go to the hospital in order to get an X-ray, where in the past I've used the lab in the basement. By going to the hospital, the charge was much higher. Did Prisma do this on purpose in order to charge more?

None. Service by all from the desk personnel to the medical assistant to the provider were as always excellent.

Well your Prisma Health Staff did an outstanding job taking care of me because I am not a hospital type of guy and can be difficult to deal with but that didn't happen in this case because everyone was very respectful and professional at the same time and that's what set the tone for my great experience at Prisma Health Care
