Carlos Arturo Arias, PA

Carlos Arias, PA-C, joined Prisma Health Pain Management in January 2022. Born in Cuba and raised in Miami, Carlos is fluent in Spanish and English. He attended Florida International University where he completed both, his undergraduate and master's degree. Prior to joining the Prisma family, Carlos worked as an inpatient Vascular Surgery PA at Baptist Hospital of Miami for 2 years. In his current role in outpatient pain management, Carlos diagnoses and treats a wide range of patients with chronic pain
associated with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other systemic etiologies with the goal of ultimately improving patient's quality of life. He focuses on providing patients with a holistic treatment plan beyond pharmacological agents including minimally invasive procedures, specialty referrals, physical therapy, and lifestyle modifications. Outside from work, Carlos enjoys reading, cooking, spending time with family, and traveling with his wife.
