No way, I'm relatively new so just still understanding/acclimating to the environment. Its super quiet which I guess is respectful but I'm just hoping everyone who works there is also happy; overall it will reduce burnout and maintain good care towards patients if their work environment is happy. Everyone was friendly and professional thus far.

I appreciate Dr. Clinton for listening so thoroughly and doing a deep dive to ensure that all of my questions were answered and we did not miss anything. This has been a very difficult year. Having received a breast cancer diagnosis and trying to balance new symptoms and medications has been a challenge. I am grateful for the time she took to explore every symptom I expressed and she went back to review past tests and my medical history. I'm grateful for her knowledge and compassion on my healing journey.

I was told that I was asking too many questions for a regular Doctors visit and then my lab results came back I still haven't received a call about my irregular results. I feel like my concerns were written off because of a thc positive UA screen that I had in the past.

Asked me if I had any questions or if there was anything else I wanted to talk about. Felt slightly intimidated by our conversation being newly recorded which had never been done before. This caused me to refrain from discussing certain things.

After months of suffering, she addressed and assessed my health issues promptly and accurately and made me feel hopeful of finally getting quality help to resolve my serious and potentially dangerous health issues! !

I left feeling very unsure about what might be going on and how I could relieve the pain that I had been experiencing. There was no medicine prescribed even though I shared that the issue was ongoing for weeks, being painful to walk and use my hands in certain ways. Even given the depth of detail that I shared, an x-ray was ordered, despite the fact that I had no prior incidents or experiences that would lead me to believe my toe was broken. With insurance, my doctors visit cost me $400+. At the least I feel like I should have had an idea of what could be going on and given care that would help my pain until my next visit which is a month away. I was disappointed and frustrated, feeling like I went to the doctor for nothing because essentially that is what I left with.

I'm waiting on a referral to call me and I would have appreciated if the doctor's office would have followed up with the Prisma culinary instead of having me to follow up with them because I can't get in touch with them.

When the doctor entered the room we greeted one another and her response to my asking "how are you?" was "hungry, it's lunch time". My appointment was rushed(not the first time) and I was told we didn't have enough time to address all of my concerns. I had questions about a medication she was prescribing and the "discussion" became combative to the point we were overtalking one another. The doctor does not listen to understand. I asked if I should schedule another appointment to address my other concerns since she stated we didn't have time during that visit and she says go ahead tell me your other concerns I'll notate and we can set an agenda of which her body language and facial expression stated annoyance maybe frustration. As I began explaining my other issues she began typing and would not look at me despite me trying to show her the areas of concern. Once she finished typing she sat on the stool with her face resting in her hand looking off to the side of me with a blank stare of which I told her I had no other concerns (when in fact I did) just to no longer inconvenience the doctor. At check out she made sure to tell me and the lady at the computer to not schedule at lunch time and made mention that she needs to eat. I sensed annoyance again. This appointment was very uncomfortable and I will not return to that provider.

There's nothing more that could have been done. Dr. Clinton and the nurses and associates and PAs, whatever, honestly are always very overly hospitable. And they do listen to me. And even if I have to repeat myself, it's not because of them, it's because of my OCD. And they're very, very patient with me. So I just want to say thank you.

Next time for the front desk, have them double check the insurance before sending us away saying that we would have to pay because our insurance, we didn't have to pay anything. Just double check the insurance or triple check the insurance.

I would have appreciated being able to get a sooner appointment. I had an ER visit and had to wait for a month to get a follow-up appointment.

I had a late appointment, and I was told to the check out desk. There was three empty desk I was turning around looking there was nobody in sight. I yelled hello there was a provider leaving, and she tried to go find someone. Finally my provider comes up and apologized for no office staff to check me out or schedule me an appointment. My issue is that anyone could walk in the practice and nobody up front or anything. I'm in healthcare I never seen the staff leaves at check in or check out before the provider is done with there patient. I believe that's not professional, and not organized. I had to call and schedule my next appointment. I was wondering should I just take my business somewhere else.
