The check in person was not pleasant and had the glass doors closed so I had to speak loudly to give her my personal information such as my address, DOB, etc, not professional in my opinion

I don't know if Dr. Richards and staff could get any better. He is an excellent provider, attentive, addressing all my concerns. Always an outstanding experience.

So I'm very thankful for Dr. Richards and his personality, his profession and what he did. I was able to talk to him and let him know what was going on and he answered me back. So kudos to him. In the waiting room there was a man making phone calls with his cell phone on speaker. I never want to hear someone else's phone conversation. Someone should have told him he couldn't do that. His phone was very loud and the 3 people behind the desk definitely heard it and did absolutely nothing. He was on his 3rd call when I finally got called to the back, which was an hour after my appointment time.

Dr. Richards is excellent. He listened to all of my concerns and came up with a great plan. I'm very glad to be in his care.

I was there for a "wellness exam". The doctor listened to my heart and ordered some medication I requested. I had lab work done. Not sure why I had to drive all that way to have a stethoscope placed on my chest. This is not the fault of my doctor or the hospital but, all the same it is frustrating. Thankfully I am healthy. I do feel that if I had a problem the doctor would look into it.

The doctor never touched me. He did not listen to my heart and lungs. Didn't offer to shake my hand. This was my first visit with him; not knowing anything about me, I thought he would at least listen to my heart and lungs. That's an integral part of billing for an office visit, so I'm wondering if this is fraud? How can you have a one on one visit with a physician and not be touched, and still bill a visit level?

Front staff seemed a bit hesitant behind window to acknowledge us. Could have been more proactive greeting us.

There is nothing else that needed to be done. Dr Richards is thorough, kind, respectful and he listens to what you tell him. I couldn't be more confident in my care . The scribe could have introduced himself, but he did smile and make eye contact, which nice, and different from the last scribe.

For the ladies who check you in to make me feel like I am wrathful

Registration workers need to open the glass when talking to you. Some seems to look lazy.

Dr. Caleb Richards is the most respectful doctor I've seen in years. He genuinely listened to my concerns, went over treatment options with me in detail, and took into account my previous experiences and opinions. He was non-judgemental and did not present any bias. I left the appointment feeling confident that my care is in good hands.

It might have been in text, but I was unaware that a person in the role of a scribe was going to be in the room with us. It threw me off and made me feel less open to share. The person was nice, I just did not expect them to be there. For it being my first visit, the DR did not ask many questions. I have an eating disorder, and he never asked about my health as a whole. He would ask me "what else?". I'm not the doctor so I don't know what information you want to know.

I can't think of any way you could have offered me any more support or improved trust and respect while you cared for me.

Dr. Richards was EXTREMELY thorough! Best yet at Prisma. Completely, thoroughly SATISFIED EVER!!!

Well there is one thing that is really important to me when I am with a Dr. why is there third person ? Are they all sworn to secrecy and privacy as the Dr. are ?Just curious ?

When issues come up really listen and do what you say you will do. Don't overlook the issue when it's staring you in the face. The patient knows their body and when something is wrong and how they feel. I know my body and I have had most of my problems long enough to know when something wrong. Especially when blood work shows there is something else is wrong.

Caleb and his staff are always professional and I trust him with my life, which I can't say about many of my other doctors

The scribe could be more personable, or at least smile and say hello. The doctor's assistant was lovely. She was friendly and introduced herself and listened intently. She also offered good feedback. Dr Richards, was, as always, awesome. He discusses everything needed and answers all questions simply and completely. He makes you feel cared for.

I have no suggestions for improvement. My provider was prepared to address any additional questions I had.

Nurse that gave me my vaccine told me she had my HepB vaccine.Told her no,should be pneumonia and tetanus.She checked and said she had right vaccines just brought wrong handout but naturally it was upsetting and left me uncomfortable.Nurses were very dry compared to Dr Richards but he made up for it.

As of right now I have no complaints on what could or should be changed.
