I was impressed and satisfied with the way the team handled my care. Everyone was caring and helpful. They listened to me. I didn't feel rushed. I was extremely pleased with my visit.

Overall I was very satisfied with both the professionalism and the demeanor of the team.

I was happy with the visit/care.

The nurse who did the first part of the examination, BP , was not interested in what I wanted to tell her. She did not tell me that my blood pressure was high( for me) and seemed only to want to check my medication list. She was rushed and distracted. She interrupted me several times , and left the room as fast as she could.

Nothing. The nurse and doctor were wonderful. The doctor spent a good amount of time with me to answer all my questions.

Front desk girl could at least look at you or smile. She acts like it's a bother to check you in. Needs better customer service!

I was going to a different cardiologist a while back, and I really wasn't getting the information I wanted to, so I went to this doctor hoping to get a second opinion. And it just wasn't clear if they could find out anything either. So I'm just kind of hanging. But she was very good. I really enjoyed going to her and talking to her. So anyway, I'm going to try to at the any key now. I don't see an any key here on my keyboard. Where's the any key?

Dr. Drescher is an excellent physician. I cannot think of one thing I would change. I had a concern about a recent test; she listened to my concerns, and we came up with a plan we could both embrace.

I was very pleased with my visit and pleased that I did not wait long before seeing my doctor. Everyone was a professional, I have no suggestions.

The front office person who checked me in and out from the appointment was not very pleasant. She was looking at her phone when I came out to set up my next appointment and was not helpful or courteous. It is not the best look for this practice, where there are excellent doctors, that this is the first person one encounters when entering.
