All was terrific. I had a blood draw after my visit. The best phlebotomist I ever had.

Everyone was excellent and very helpful 100% would and have recommended others to her practice and they have felt the same way

I had an 8am appointment. It was extremely cold that morning. I got texts asking if I was there yet and had been advised to show up early for my appointment. But, I along with others were outside the facility at 8am in the cold waiting for the door to open. It would have been nice to simply go in the lobby and wait where it was warm instead of having to go up to the door to see if someone had opened it.

The only thing I would suggest is during flu/covid season, make sure masks are available & encouraged for those who are coughing/sneezing in the waiting room, as well as those who are waiting.
