I have had questions regarding the cost of medication that I have been prescribed I have called several times and have received no response. In fact the nurse staff has been arrogant and ugly and non responsive. I will start tomorrow trying to find someone else who is willing to help me stay alive than your staff has. It should be easy to do so.

I don't think you can improve on perfection

Everything was awesome, great visit, great people. My only concern is though they need try to work with me around my work schedule. Hopefully we can do this because I am still active. Maybe I need to work better with scheduling to do this. Usually when I let them know when I am available scheduling still writes me when I am not available. Ain't ready to hang up my work boots yet. lol

It's always a pleasure to spend time with Dr. Bolemon. It's evident that he cares about his patients and is always looking for the best treatment and results. The nurse, I didn't get her name, and the front desk person, I didn't get your name, we're both high spirited, friendly, and a pleasure to be around.

Would have been nice to have been notified of changes in scheduling of appointments

My care at PRISMA is excellent at all levels.

Train more doctors to deal with patients with the same manner that Dr Bolemon uses.

My provider/nurses were wonderful, but the checkout person made a statement that my-chart did not show that I was pregnant.. I am not pregnant. She tried to tell me it was because I had my hand on my stomach but all I was doing was reaching my hand over to itch my stomach. It was a very, very hurtful and insensitive comment.

I have always been treated very well anytime I had an appointment. The woman who checked me inwas wonderful, the lab technician could not have been nicer, Dr Bolemon is one one of the best doctors I have ever met and the woman who administered my injection was pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately upon my checkout the woman I delt with was extremely rude and seemed to not want to be bothered with me. Maybe in the future she could be a little nicer and show a little compassion for people who have to go to these types of appointments.

I left with some concern that my medical treatment history was not conveyed to Dr Bolemon accurately. In never had hormonal therapy but Dr Bolemon thought I had. My concern is that such an incorrect assumption could affect Dr Bolemon's diagnosis and treatment recommendations of my case. Dr Bolemon is excellent and I am very respectful of his preparation and care. I am Blessed to be under his care.

I thought the Doctor was great and made me feel comfortable and he's extra nice and I liked that . I think everyone there was very nice and informative. Seems to me that these Doctors and nurses are great , made me wonder why it doesn't feel like that will regular doctors, these Doctors and Nures are very kind and caring.

N/A we have been coming to this practice for chemotherapy, lab work and office visits for a year and half. We have had satisfactory care and service with each and every visit. Dr. Bolemon is amazing along with the entire staff.

In my opinion, no services or improvements are needed at this time. The services, the doctors, everyone was great. The facility was clean. Everyone was approachable and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm honored and I'm so thankful with gratitude as my health and regards to my health that I feel like I'm in the best care.

Dr. Bolemon listen to his patients. I feel very comfortable with him. He is very easy to talk to him. He put a game plan together and we are moving forward with it.

Yes, after I had spoken with the doctor, I went out to the, I guess, the scheduling clerk or nurse, and they didn't seem to have the information to schedule me for the next appointment. So I think maybe a little bit better response in that area would help a lot. I had to wait maybe a half day to get the information. All right. Thank you.

Dr. Bolemon is a wonderful oncologist. He is knowledgeable, compassionate and a lifesaving physician.

Nothing! The care given by Dr Bolemon is the Best! He listens, cares, is professionally exceptionally well prepared and has exceptional relationship skills. I trust and respect him.

I felt like I got to run around because one minute I was told that I was late, then the next minute I was told to leave, and then I was told to go have a seat, and I was pulled back and forth, back and forth, and I had my son with me when all this was going on. So I didn't understand what was going on and nobody explained anything, but I did end up getting my appointment taken care of.

As far as I'm concerned, there's nothing they can do to improve. I've been coming there for years and I've always been treated the best of anything in my life.

I was so impressed by the care I received at this facility. Dr. Bolemon took time to make sure I understood clearly what my situation and options were. The lady who checked me out took extra steps in scheduling my radiology appointments.
