Dr. Remained very patient in asking anymore questions instead of do you understand me? His humor was good. I hope to never see you again under this situation. He took his time to listen to my silly anxiety questions. I hope as worried about having cancer here and here everywhere. He easily redirected me to who I need to talk to. Every thing was great for me unless you want to add refreshments. I was so tired I could have fallen asleep. Just quick 30 min nap. I wasn't used to so much waking. I always get lost in the parking lot especially when I park in lot 6. I see building 200 A and then 200 C. So I call the receptionist for details to building 200B. She's patient too. Thanks

Appointment times could be more efficient. Like three patients at a time versus 5 when there are only three doctors. We were there 4 1/2 hours and only spoke to doctors for 1 1-2 hours. It would show our time is valued too and there would be less nerves by not waiting so long.

I don't have any suggestions. The visit went well and everyone was courteous and informative.

Everyone in the breast center is phenomenal. Great doctors great nurses great staff.

Stop telling my appointment time and then immediately telling me to be there 15 minutes earlier. Pick one time and stick to it, as I am expected to do.

I can assure you nothing extra was needed. My utmost gratitude for an excellent job given by each caretaker. Dr. McKinley is an example of what all doctors should model. His professionalism, manners, and intelligence are exceptional!!!

I wa told that I would be contacted by phone when the pathology report was ready. No one called. At the follow up appointment, I mentioned this and it was brushed off without apology.

My experience was very good.

There isn't anything I could think of. The staff and nurses were very polite and answered any questions I had to ask. As for Dr. McKinley he is such a very down to earth Doctor. He explains anything that I had questions on. And he asks if there are any questions or concerns that I have that he hasn't explained to me already. Thank you.

Great as is

I had trouble with the phone tree when trying to set up the appointment. I had to call several times and leave messages. I was confused about which doctor I was referred to so did not know which phone tree selection to make. The person who had recorded the message on the voicemail that I reached did not return my calls.
