I wish the waiting list for surgery wasn't so long. I realize it's an issue of supply and demand. Too many people needing surgery, with too few doctors.

I was very appreciative of my appointment and do not have any suggestions of improvement. Staff was courteous and the physician answered all questions and concerns .

The nurse that called me back to the waiting area for x-rays if she was a nurse, I don't know who she was. She did not introduce herself was not friendly. They only friendly peoples. Were they x-rayed tech, the doctor and the young man that gave me my steroid shot the rest of my experience was really bad.

Have someone come in with an update on when you will be seen when you wait longer than 30 minutes.

I found no fault with my care. My appointment was until 10:15 with Dr Burnikel. I was early and was called in at 9:40. Met with nurse, PA and Dr. Burnikel and was leaving my appointment at 10:15. I couldn't have asked for more efficient care.

I had further questions, but I felt that the provider's time was so limited that I didn't ask them, and so I came away with some unanswered questions. It might help to provide patients with a written, typed, whatever, outline of how to proceed, how to go forward, in terms of medications, perhaps. I would be willing to talk to somebody at greater length. Thank you.

This visit was just a consult so no care was given

There is usually a short wait time before being seen (10 min) and this time the wait was 45 minutes. Is that because I has questioned a procedure that had been done during my.past surgery? I felt like the nurse listened to me, but for the first time in years the physician did not have eye contact when talking with me.

You could not have me wait to be seen an hour past my appt time, esp without explanation or apology.

Better adherence to schedule. I was there for about an hour before the doctor was able to see me.

I called to schedule the 9 week postop knee replacement surgery appointment. The scheduler scheduled the appointment but failed to inform me that it was a "phone" appointment. I found out of the error when I went to check in on MyChart. I sent a message to the provider via MyChart and a nurse corrected the error. A 9 week postop knee surgery appointment was supposed to be a face to face appointment with the surgeon.

I've repeated this many times, and I don't have any reason to think there's anything wrong, but having a better idea of what the bill is eventually going to be and when I'm going to pay for it would be nice. I can see in my chart, I can see what amount I'm on the hook for, it looks like. I just wish that that were integrated in with the whole thing a little bit tighter. But generally, extremely satisfied, at least to this point. I think everybody there does a great job. It's a great team. Keep doing what you're doing.

Dr. Burnikel and his staff are always very responsive. If I send a message through the portal, I get a rapid response. If I have questions or feel I need additional PT, I always feel supported. So, I walk away feeling respected and supported with my needs always supported.

To send a bouquet of wildflowers after my successful surgery! Or maybe I should have sent them to Dr Burnikel.?

This was a telephone visit. It all went very well.

After three years of coming to this facility, I am no closer to solving my orthoedic problem than the first time I came.

The automatic water faucet would not work in the restroom at the checkout station to wash your hands.

I was amazed that the nurses remembered me from 18 years ago. Everyone treated me very well and were concerned about my issues. I was glad that Dr. Burnikel was willing to try other treatments and was in no hurry to schedule another surgery. He covered every issue I had questions about and showed great concern about my issue.

The only complaint I have about this practice is the wait time before you can get an appointment.

The lady at the check in was a little well you know ...she had me standing there a little longer then I should've ? The black lady waited on 4 people and the other lady had me standing like it was my first time being there I did not like that!!! Other then that everything was Great !!
