Everything and everyone was great.

The staff was amazing!

My experience with the MRI was exceptional.

Nothing comes to mind. All involved were kind polite professional. Very good staff.

He didn't seem to care about my foot and what was causing my pain. My physical therapist was disappointed in the treatment I received. I had been to Dr. Weatherby before and had received better care. He sent me to get a brace and I hope it will help. He was very gentle but didn't explain the X-ray very well.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and the nurse was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The power had went out so I was unable to get an x-ray.

Check out person had trouble printing my paid receipt and double charge me for my co pay.

I find it curious and strange to pay $15 co-pay for 2-minutes (telling me that we will do an ultrasound guided injection) when - in my opinion - it should have been a free follow up visit.

Dr Weatherby is very knowledgeable and really takes his time explaining everything in detail about my surgery. The staff at Hillcrest Hospital was also amazing taking care of me.

The addresses and the suite numbers are really confusing at the Patewood campus. Larger signage is needed.

It was a very busy day. I waited in the exam room 45 minutes before seeing a doctor. I wasn't in a hurry, but could have been stressful.

First time meeting Dr Weatherby, he was very knowledgeable about my foot and explained all my options and together we agreed surgery was my best option. The nurse and Dr Weatherby were very knowledgeable of my health issues. Highly recommend the doctor

Have to agree with Drs. opion that when i was in greenville hospital with covid and severe foot pain they paid no attention to the foot pain . Said to use walker they provided. I feel the hospital did a very poor job with my foot pain from the fall i had. Not very happy with the hospital performance.

All was good, but when I asked at chech out what my co-pay is she said there isn't any however, I receive an email from Prisma thanking me for my $17 co-pay. Evidently when I supplied the new patient information prior to my visit I gave my credit card information. I would have preferred using a check to pay my co-pay if I knew what it was at the time.

The care has always been excellent. No issues. Support, trust and respect do not need improvement.

If the provider is running almost 30 minutes behind schedule it would be nice if someone came into the room and notified you of that.

Great experience. I highly trust and respect Dr. Weatherby. He had done a previous surgery so I knew that he and the staff would take care of me. There is nothing I can think of to improve the trust and respect that I received.

Respect that each person is different. Prepare patients for complications or pain levels they may encounter. Do much better with patients in pain management and comfort.

I had a relatively long wait in the exam room. The doctor has a very workman like manner and not much of an engaging personality.

I was very pleased and do not think my visit could have been any better.

Dr Weatherby was awesome! Above average recovery due to his skills as a surgeon.
