Someone should do a wellness call after the surgery at home. I feel that no one cared how I suffered at home.

I cannot think of one thing because every person, from beginning to end, was extremely kind, attentive, and supportive throughout my entire appointment.

The visit was great. He is so busy that I had to wait over a month to get an appointment. The wait list cancellations are crappy. I just lucked out on getting an cancelled appt or I still would not be seen until this month.

Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. Dr Shirley took his time during my visit and answered all of my questions and detailing all of my options. I felt very comfortable. It felt more like we were a team working towards the same goal.

Don't ask if I have venom, water, and power. Don't ask if we're both working. We felt like we were like, felt like a bunch of hoops or something. And then he asked if I could lose weight and go on weight loss then. We got one income, we can't afford that. And then at the end, he left and then the nurse came in there and said, well, he's not gonna do your surgery because he's booked up. So we're going to send you to someone that's not been here very long. So I felt like he looked down on me, like we were just like poor trash or something. I left there crying because of what he all said about me. So I did not have a good experience there.

The Dr. had to leave and wasn't there for my appointment which was a surgical consult. I wasn't notified. You send several texts, emails and make calls to ensure I am going to make the appointment, but NO ONE COULD LET ME KNOW HE WAS NOT GOING TO BE THERE. I met with a PA who wasn't very helpful at all and you were happy to take my $50 co-pay.. I don't know if I will be back to meet with the Dr. or not. He may be a great surgeon, but the office infrastructure stinks..

This s my second time having knee replacement.I had no issues in telling my local doctor that I would not be having surgery from the drs here .That I would only go to Steadman Hawkins to let Dr Shirley and his team to care for me..I trust that they will come through for me again.

Dr Shirley provided excellent care. with the provision that if my lower calf did not feel well in a couple of weeks, he would would want an MRI to further discover any serious problems.

This was simply a post-surgery check-up but Dr. Shirley was great in how he conducted himself and the check-up.

Reduce the wait time

Yes, could have went over each MRI, and discussed what the meaning of the MRI meant. Somewhat was done. Didn't understand it all. And also health history was not correct after the visit. Thank you.
