Absolutely none - Dr. Watson is a gifted and dedicated Physician. He is very easy to understand and very helpful as he looks into "causes" of what I am experiencing. He spent time looking over treatment from other Prisma Offices and had some excellent recommendations. I am grateful for his care.

Nothing, got a same day appointment which was greatly appreciated as I was suffering extremely pain. Cortisone injection helped almost immediately. Thank you to Dr. Watson and all TRFP Staff!

An annual Medicare checkup means we have to cover a lot of health questions in a short visit. Both Dr Watson and I covered a lot of topics.

Not my primary but was extremely knowledgeable with his service. Truly discussed treatment to be sure I also felt was best alternative and to me that was very pleasing. If had to see a Dr while my primary is booked definitely would see again.

Nothing everything was wonderful

My appointment got messed up. They changed it. They found out that my doctor was going to be off that week that I had an appointment. And I had the appointment date written down two different places. But when I got up there for my appointment, they told me that it had been changed. And no one called to let me know that it had been changed. So I don't know if they tried to contact me by the computer, but I don't use the computer that much. They had my phone number. And I went up there, but I mean, it's not that far from my house, so it was really no great big deal. But I was sort of upset that they changed my appointment without letting me know about it. So that was the only problem that I had. Otherwise, things were fine.

I really like and trust Dr.Watson.

Great care by the team, cannot think of further improvements. Lucky to have Dr. Watson in Travelers Rest.

Have always been treated well by the staff and doctors there. They are always efficient and friendly. I like the care I receive from Dr. Watson he's a caring doctor and is always knowledgeable about my medical history and any current issues.

Dr Watson listens to every single detail I have to say. I never feel rushed and he makes me feel like he truly cares for me as a patient. The staff is amazing from the check in to the nurses even having lab work done. Everyone is extremely happy and cheerful.

They did a great job

Yes, when I came, Dr. Watson was checking everything out and as far as my A1C, I was definitely satisfied. But I told him I was having back pain and he did some back x-rays. And then when he came in to tell me, he said on the x-ray they caught a kidney stone. And I really don't know how to proceed with this kidney stone. He told me something about a .6 but he wasn't sure and he would have to check and he would send me something on the MyChart. But there hasn't been anything on MyChart and from just friends and people I've talked to, it sounds like you need to have something done pretty quickly. And I'm kind of concerned about that. So I have called my urologist to see if I need to, well I didn't call, I sent a message on MyChart.
