Nothing that I can think of. The wait I had was a little long but Dr Presnal spends quality time with all of his patients so I totally understand why it takes a little longer.

The doctor answered all my questions and assured me I could call if I had more questions or needed more treatments. He was very courteous and friendly. The doctor could've asked me more about my condition.

During my visit, I had to wait an unusually long time to be seen. And I found out it was because they were running behind. And that really disturbed me because I was waiting almost 45 minutes to be seen. And I feel like communication in every aspect of life is key. And I probably would not have been or had the feelings that I had going into my visit, you know, if they had just communicated when I had gotten there that they were running behind schedule instead of me questioning what is going on and having to find out 45 minutes later that they were running behind.

I felt like Dr. Presnal and the whole staff there were excellent and I have no complaints. Thank you.

I just love my doctor. He's so kind and he tells me what I need to do. And he's just, he's just, Bradley Presnal, I just love you. He's just so kind. And the nurse who was in there too, she was kind. So I don't have any regress going to my doctor's appointment. And I love my doctor. He's like a miracle healer, like God. When I went in the office, I said, thank God for you. And thank God for you giving your hands the magic to do surgery. Because I'm doing good. And I love my doctor. I don't know about other people, but I love my doctor. And then he's so kind. He said, if you have any other problems, just give me a call. That's love. That's love. And I love him.

I was highly disappointed in my visit with my doctor because I had a 2:40 appointment. I was seen almost 5 o'clock. 5 o'clock before I was seen. And when I expressed my disgruntledness, it was just blew up. He blew it off. My time wasn't important and I didn't appreciate that one bit. My time is important too. And he acted as if though it didn't mean anything because he was waiting on other patients and giving them their allotted time or whatever, however he explained it. But when I went in there, when he came to me, he only sent for a few minutes. So I think he needs to be more considerate of people's time. If he had too many people scheduled at one time, then he needs to redo that and schedule people when he can see them, not have them sitting out there waiting for two or three hours.

This is my first visit to see Dr. Presnal and I was highly impressed with him. The facility was great. Everyone in there was great. This is one thing I ask about is having, you know, your hand cleansers when you leave that used to be on the walls after COVID and all that stuff. I didn't see hardly any of that. You kind of have to stick your hand in the room. But that's all I had to say. And, oh, in the ladies' restroom, in the restroom, you need to have one of those steel bars on the wall to help pull yourself up off the toilet, especially if you're tall because the toilet is so low. Thank you for everything.

Dr. Presnal and his team exemplify how a patient should be treated therefore I have no comments for an improvement.

Keep me informed of any delays. I had a 3:20 appt time but was not called back until 4:45. Totally unacceptable!!!

The first 24 hrs are so important after surgery, and in EVERY Case, the CNA's seem to have no clue what they are supposed to do. Also it is SO important that the first meal for the patient IS SERVED, as scheduled and they they should be someone to make sure that is checked off the list of to do's with patient ... it can really make all the difference with the patient getting back on track with med schedule and not having a lag in ability to handle transition.

Hello, thank you for asking. The new sign-in process where you sign in out in the hallway and get directed to the waiting room for your physician is not friendly at all. You get directed into a waiting room that is, there's no staff there. The former registration desk is just dark. And I just wonder, considering the age of the people who were in that waiting room, What would happen if somebody needed help? Would you go running out in the hall? Would you bang on the door? What do you do and why is there no one monitoring the waiting room?

Just hard to get an appointment earlier when I needed it.

Completed registration on phone then had to do it again at a new registration desk. Should just do one or the other, not two different ways - twice. A very nice young lady used to sit at the front desk. She was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The new people, not so much. Please bring the nice young lady back and reconsider the "new" registration process.

After a surgery, have the attending physician to assure the spouse or whomever that the patient is well and if there were or weren't any complications. Not any of this was disseminated. Afterward, too apprehensive to get me out of recovery and out of the hospital.

Not make the patient wait for an hour and 20 minutes before seeing the physician. The orthopods schedule is completely overbooked and you get unhappy patients sitting in the waiting room not being able to see their doctor on time. This is got to be fixed!!

I would like to see the floors cleaner in the examining rooms. I was in #4 with the Dr Presnal team: the floor was stained and dirty.

I was completely satisfied with the doctor and staff during my visit.

Waiting was fine and Medical attention excellent.

I have had several issues with the doctors staff getting paperwork and dedication refills. I am out on shorter disability and paperwork was done but doctors notes were not added, my disability rep left messages, faxed emailed and no one call them which in turn I was not paid. It took 2 weeks to get correct, but only when I called several times. Another issue I requested a refill for my pain medication and it took over 4 days to get the medication. These issues need to be addressed so future patients don't have this issue.

There was some type of computer glitch requiring every patient to fill out a questionnaire on the tablet as a representative of a child patient. It was given to every patient as they checked in and was a complete waste of our time. The receptionist didn't explain the issue until after we all sat down to fill it out. It would've not been much easier for everyone to understand the issue before attempting to figure it out on our own. It caused a lot of confusion within the waiting area. once I was back in the patient room, my professional care was excellent as well as my check out and scheduling experience.

There was an excessive wait to see the doctor. 11:00 appointment, doctor arrived at ~12:10 for a 4 minute injection. No acknowledgement of the delay.

My appointment was at 3:40 pm and I was not seen until 5:15 pm. The reason was explained by the doctor. However, it would have been nice if a nurse or staff informed us ( several people were complaining), the reason for the delays and given periodic updates.

The first person you see in the office should be pleasant and welcoming. The receptionist really acts like she doesn't really want to be there and could care less about the patients coming through the door.

Only problem I have is that my appointment was 3:10 an I had to wait and hour to be seen.

I honestly have no suggestions for improvement as I was treated extremely well by everyone I encountered.

Its a 2 story building. In general, from the 1st floor entry and the elevators could be better kept up, debris on the floors. Considering the waiting area is for orthopedic patients, the chairs are not conducive to their comfort, and the chairs are very old and worn. Thank you for your time!

Time spent with a patient is very important, and whe you question a situation with your knee or leg your Dr should not make a patient feel like what I'm saying isn't valid.,

It was an hour and a half after my appointment time before I was seen by the doctor.

This message is for the check in . The employee's need to be friendly and make you feel welcome as special when entering the front desk at least give a smile for the nurses staff in the back same thing apply to them as well be more friendly and make you feel welcome just don't stare and look away.

IN the past had to wait long time after app. Time. Yesterday no wait at all. Dr. Presnal is an ousranding Surgeon and Physcian.Wish there were more like him.

The doctor is an excellent doctor. He did my knee and my hip, and now my under knee is ready, and he's an excellent doctor. I'm not complaining.

Nothing , the appointment with Dr PRESNAL was a checkup for my surgery, and he answered all my concerns and said I was doing well. He even looked at my left knee and gave me a shot .

Nothing at this time. I was early, got in to see Dr. Presnal earlier than anticipated. He listened to all my concerns. Made arrangements for me to see an ankle/foot specialist. He has excellent bedside manner. I'm new to his servicec and am grateful.

You should have given me the long list of things I needed to do before you scheduled my surgery date when my appt was made over two months ago. I could have completed everything on your list before I met with the surgeon. Instead, I feel like I'm two months behind and even after I complete the items, I'll still need to wait another 6-8 weeks before I actually have a surgery date. It's a waste of time not to give the patient the list upfront before we see a surgeon. I was already referred to you by a knee specialist who had taken x-rays and a MRI. You should have sent me the list the day you gave me my appt two months ago.

I have always had good care from this facility no matter which doctor I see

I'm not necessarily sure about trust and respect, but if you want to improve anything, which my experience from the time I walked across the breezeway to the time I left the hospital, I don't have any complaints. But if there was anything that you want to improve on, that would be remove all of the automated phone systems and have human beings actually answer the telephone. So if you need to speak with someone, you can actually pick up the phone, dial it, and a human being will answer the telephone. That is what you need to do. Other than that, I have no complaints.
