    Provide more detail about what was found and the eventual outcome of the procedure. In my view you can never have too much information. At this point, I have no idea what was detected or eradicated.

    When we are being wheeled out in the wheelchair a smooth surface would be greatly appreciated for all patients. Maybe make a path way just for wheelchairs bc those bumps did hurt after the surgery.

    The exit procedure needs much improvement. One person scheduling appointments and lab work and ultra sounds. She was over and then customers had to have there procedures explained by her. We waited 20 minutes just to leave she had no help but she remained friendly and professional

    When I arrived in the building, there were five women all sitting at their desks. Not one of them looked at me and not one of them said a word to me. I stood in front of all five of them looking around for at least 30 seconds before the only one that was working hung up the phone with the patient she was currently helping and then addressed me.

    Offer a more-open schedule and have some availability in Greer. Greenville office is a long way. Odd to go to a specialist and was put in a room without having vitals, weight, etc. done. Once I got an appointment, it was added as the wrong type causing me to have to return. Office even got pre-cert for 9/11 visit - now has to be updated. Drove an hour to this appointment just to return for correct appointment time slot. Dr Wynia is great. Very concerned and gives plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Is not rushed. Have been seeing PA because Wynia does not see follow up patients.

    I have no suggestions for Improvement as my meeting with the doctor was excellent. He was well prepared with my medical history. He was very factual about my situation and next actions. Also, he suggested an in office procedure that was a good force of action in my opinion. The procedure was completed efficiently and his explanation during the procedure was very good. We had a discussion about future actions relative to my healthcare, and I was completely satisfied with his direction and more importantly, his care!

    Let me explain my situation and then give you my improvement idea. My appointment was at 1530, I am always early so I showed up at 1500. I was quickly checked in and told to wait in pod C. I sat down in pod C at approximately 1510 and waited to be called. 1530 came and went, 1545 came and went, 1600 came and went, 1605 I was called back to a room. The assistant never said "sorry for your wait or the doctor is running behind". I sat down in the room and the assistant said the doctor will be with you on a minute. 18 minutes later the doctor came into the room. I would like to suggest that if a doctor is running late, let the person/people know that the doctor is running late. The doctor should have an idea how far behind they are and relay that to the assistant so they can pass it on to the patient. Something I learned in High School from a wise old man.

    The wait time was long. It wasn't enough rooms for the procedure that I had to be seen about. That's what I was told by the nurse/ person who came to tell me why I was sitting n waiting so long to see the doctor. I waited so long that I needed blood work and the blood person was about to go home. I just seen a lot of people going home I was literally one of the last patients to leave the facility.
