I was referred by one agency. When I got there, I found out they did not have the proper paperwork. Had I know the referral had not been renewed, I could have notified the referring medical facility myself. I did not find out until I went to check in.

My initial referral from my family doctor was disregarded. It took five weeks to get the call to set an appointment. I called Prisma during that period to try to set appointment, but was told to wait for a call back. This was frustrating.

I thought the doctor was very kind and knowledgeable, but I was surprised he did not seem to have read my medical chart. However, I have confidence in him and his ability to treat him. He listened to my concerns and I felt like he addressed them all before I left his office.

I waited longer for the doctor to come in after the nurse took me into the exam room. Longer than before. I guess he was busy.

One thing that would really help the language barrier could be better. You know, I'm confused with what was going on with me and I couldn't easily understand what the doctor was saying. That would be very helpful if maybe somebody who's full English was my doctor or somebody in there could easily interpret for me. Thank you.

Dr Banik is one of the most respectful doctors i have ever met. He listens and askes smart questions, he asks what can I do for you, what do you need and expect from me? He is is one of the best doctors i have ever dealt with.

One way that you could have earned more of my trust is when y'all receive a referral from another provider, i.e. the VA, I don't understand why it took so many months and I physically had to bring a copy of my referral just so I can get an appointment. I just think that this needs to be a little bit better handled once it gets to your department so I could have gotten an appointment as opposed to me running down there with a copy of my referral in hand. And the nice lady, Ms. Lisa, was phenomenal. She scanned it, got the call back and while I was there, I was able to get an appointment. I just think that y'all could do a much better job of dealing with referrals from other entities to Prisma.

Ok so this is my second visit. I'm having some serious health issues. It took a long time to be seen the second time. I still really don't know what's happening with my walking and breathing. Hopefully on this 3rd visit I can get some answers so I can do something to help myself. I will have more info for you soon ??

The office is very short staffed. It is difficult for a new patient to get an appointment. It took six weeks for me to just get an appointment for my initial visit but once I was an established patient It was easier, but I understand that they only have one person to take care of referrals right now

Biggest thing or complaint we had with them, first of all, was our original appointment was canceled three times, and we finally told them just to drop it. And then a week later, there was a, I got a text saying, your appointment's tomorrow. Well, surprise, surprise, so we went. The other thing would be able to get somebody on the phone when you call up there, and then to get in there and ask, about an appointment, he said, well, basically that he would do the appointment, the doctor would set up the appointment, not me. And if I needed to communicate with him, would be through the app, I forgot what it's called, MyChart app, and give him a couple of days, because he doesn't always read it. Well, that's pretty sorry to me. I'm the patient.

I'm new to the area and had. Hard time finding the right building. Better signage would be most helpful. I appreciate being able to get in for an appointment from the waitlist.

Employees should not be wearing perfumes or colognes which cause people like me to have migraines which can last weeks. Don't know why this is allowed. Please stop it.

The last time I was here a back surgeon was supposed to call me to set up an appointment. I never heard back from this. I sent Dr Banik a message about this and never heard back from him. The same thing is supposed to happen this time but Dr. Banik told me if I didn't hear anything in 2 weeks to call. His office back and let him know! He still doesn't know if this Dr can help me but just sending me over to for consult to see what he says. Which makes me feel like he is trying to help me. I felt a lot better after this visit with him he explained my condition and how things stand. He's a very good Dr.

It was very difficult to come on board as a new patient. The appointment recorded message said that I would receive a call back within 24 hours after five attempts to get an appointment as a new patient. I finally weeks later got a call back. I waited 5 to 6 weeks just to get an appointment and that was disconcerting with the clock ticking. Once I got the appointment the weight was not unreasonably long but getting the appointment as a new patient was difficult and my repeat calls and messages being left. We're largely ignored, not by the appointment desk, but by the people on the front desk, who are responsible for booking the patients though it was much much too long to wait for just an appointment once I was established as a patient all of that disappeared. I got appointments in a timely manner. I love dr banik he's very soft spoken and has a very gentle manner with patients. He gives lots of information. He was wonderful for me and I'm looking forward to continuing treatment with him

There was a 24 hour Urinalysis done of which I asked about the results on my previous visit and Dr BANIK said he would go over everything at the visit We talked about the EMG and overlooked the urinalysis results The staff was helpful but draggy as if they are just here to do a job The atmosphere wasn't as warm and inviting as it could have been

This is my first time seeing the doctor. So, you know, how it is you see a doctor for the first time, he's trying to get to you're trying to get to know him. I don't really know the nurses that well yet. We're on the nervous side. I think after we get something straight with finances and everything, and we make it, make it official that he's going to be my doctor, then I think your relationship will definitely grow and be better.

When customers walk in office door it not clear which check'in clerk is for which doctor. Put up signs showing what patients clerks are check-in.

I do believe there is always room to improve. But at this point, everything looks good. My Doctor is excellent. Very open, explain everything in simple words, offers alternatives/options, big listener, is great. Dr. Banik is an A1 doctor. I am his patient since November 2024 and now my husband is his patient too. We very much appreciated him.
