Nothing to do with the excellent care I receive from Dr Richter and his staff, but would it be possible for PRISMA to send a text or email to patients who have appointments on days when it might be difficult to get to the appointment due to weather or road conditions? Especially if there's a late opening, etc.

The ability to get appointments with the two providers for the procedures in a timely manner was unsatisfactory. From the time I sought treatment until my problem resolved was eleven months.

I love that doctor. That doctor is very good. He explained everything to me and I trust him and that's the main thing because the type of surgery I need, I need to have that trust and I've got it. And as far as the nurse that took my blood pressure and all that old stuff, she was great too. And the one who gave me a date, she said one date, but when I looked on the paper after leaving, it's another date, but still it's a good date, and I'm thankful for that. And otherwise, I didn't ask enough questions. That's my fault. But I'm kind of figuring everything is going to be all right. So thank you and have a blessed day. Thank you, Mr. Richter.

The nurses and the doctors are very, very nice to everyone that comes in the office that I saw. Very nice to me and the doctor is very, very good and I think he's one of the best.

The nurse asked my information but seemed liked she would rather be somewhere else. I really liked my Dr. and felt like he really cared and he would try to help me so I definitely want to come back !! I can over look the other the nurse.

Everything and everyone with Dr.Richter's office and staff is amazing!! I would just keep doing what you guys are doing! Everyone is amazing esp Dr.Richter and his assistant! I would NEVER switch neurosurgeons because he is the BEST!! All of the staff are super helpful and answer every question I have! If I HAD TO MAKE ONE suggestion, I would only maybe suggest the check out attendant become a little more knowledgeable or better at explaining on some of the questions/concerns that I've had in the past. The communication can sometimes be confusing but we always figure it out! She's awesome though! Just a suggestion! Everyone is always super helpful, quick and efficient! Dr.Richter and his staff are TRULY AMAZING! THE BEST!

Dr. Richter is an exceptional physician and educator and his NP, Hanna, is also very good. I feel I am in great hands to address a progressive case of lower lumbar scoliosis which will inevitably require surgery if my overall health allows. I trust Dr. Richter to guide me in mitigating the limitations present for as long as possible.

I would have to say you couldn't have supplied any better support. The doctor's appointment was for 30 minutes, and I know he spent 45 minutes, and he didn't leave any question unanswered. And I feel very clearly that he's the one I want to operate on me. My hat's off to him. He spoke in languages. that where I could understand, and I'm not a doctor, but he did. And my hat's off to him. But thank you, and have a good day.

I just don't understand why the receptionist don't answer the phone when you trying to get an appointment,you have to just keep calling and calling to you get someone,I thought this was there job.

Getting thru to the staff while calling was terrible. Didn't give information about getting exrays prior to coming for the appointment.

You need an office in Lexington down town Columbia is a nightmare for old folks like me .

My only complaint is that it takes so long to get appointments with any specialists.

Everything went well from registration to checkout. Staff was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Very good appointment.

Dr Richter is a very competent doctor, He covered everything. I will do my surgery with him as my first choice over Othopedics doctor.
