Everything was in great shape !

No suggestions at this time. All staff members were most helpful and respectful, and Dr Rester was great, as always.

Dr. Rester and his nurses are always excellent and I have complete faith in them.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 2/17/2026
Dr. Rester spent less than five minutes with me as a new patient. I had an echocardiogram ($996 it will cost me) and an EKG, but he did not review the results with me. He also said he would refer me to a cardiologist who specializes in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. At checkout, I was told the referred appointment would be scheduled, but instead I was told the referral would be sent through MyChart. When I logged in, I was instructed to choose from 72 cardiologists on my own. This was frustrating and extremely unorganized. I plan to return to St. Francis for care, even though they are out of network, and pay out of pocket.

I'm very pleased with my care from Dr. Rester!
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 2/14/2026
Dr. Rester went above and beyond Not only to give me my options and help me make an educated decision on what was best to do in my situation, but he also tools his time and knowledge to help me with a very concerning bill I had received (in error) and told me exactly what to do to straighten it out. I've never had a doctor go to bat like that for me before, I have already recommended him to two people just because of his compassion and care he had for me as a first time patient. VERY PLEASED AND IMPRESSED!!

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 1/12/2026
My only concern is I completed the e-check in process, only to be met with questions of my current medications and medical history from the nurse before seeing Dr. Rester. She showed us that the information was not there, even though information was out in by me in MyChart. Other than that, all staff, and especially Dr. Rester, were kind, helpful, and thorough. Looking forward to further care with this team!!

Everything was great, very happy with my doctor and his facility and staff.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/16/2025
The doctor said he wanted to see me again in seven weeks. However, there was no appointment available until two months after that, which I really find unacceptable. So even though he wanted to see me in seven weeks, my next appointment is for March.

I don't know what I could have expected more in the care I received.

Zero complaints. Dr. Rester and the staff at C3 are top-notch.
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/14/2025
The medical staff appeared rushed and didn't have time to fully listen.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/13/2025
I was very well taken care of by Dr Rester. He knew my history, was very thorough with his assessment, recommendation and follow-up suggestions. It was a fantastic experience. I feel compelled to mention (I am a RN, PhD) that parking a patient on a gurney - had who was been transported from a facility in the middle of the waiting room, who was confused. I only observed the transporters and no other accompanying people. This was both awkward and very disrespectful to him and the rest of the patients in the waiting room. I was very surprised to see and experience this. I know this is a busy office, however hope that in the future a different accommodation can be made for people in this condition. Thank you.

I appreciate the care that your team gave me thank you
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/14/2025
I would like to have a non-medical interpretation of my lab results, the EKG and the lipids panel. The results in my chart are not easily understood by a non-medical person.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/12/2025
No complaints every one was very nice
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/12/2025
I can't think of any improvements. I was only there 15 minutes, went over my meds, some history, checked blood pressure, did EKG, discussed my health with Dr Rester, asked a few questions, listened to my heart, and checked out. It was very efficient.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/12/2025

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/16/2025
No complaints, he's the best
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/16/2025
The doctor and the nurse may have washed their hands before coming into the exam room but I wouldn't know since there was no sink. I think that's suboptimal for the staff.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/9/2025
Try to be seen closer to appointment time. But when the appointment is at the very end of the day, some waiting is to be expected
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/7/2025
Make it easier to get a timely appointment. I believe in the coming year the office will contact me far enough in advance so I can get an appointment before my current prescription expires. If so, that should solve the issue I had this year.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/7/2025

Just wanted to let you know, I really appreciate the work that they do. They're very respected by me and have earned my respect 100% versus my PCP. I brought myself there and called for myself when my PCP did not want me to go. She didn't feel the need to do so. Dr. Rester took me straight in, got everything done in a very quick, timely matter. And I really, really 100% appreciate it because now I know I have a blockage. So I really do appreciate everything he's done, everything the staff has done. You guys are awesome.

Maybe been a little more familiar with notes from other physicians since my last visit. However, I was there for BP/cardiology followup, I can't really be upset about that.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/21/2025
I felt very good talking to the doctor and the nurses. Very nice. I don't think they could improve. Nothing really. I was really impressed with the doctor and what he told me to do to help me. I'm grateful to have them
