That they would spend more time with patients and better explain the reasoning behind certain decisions. That was one of the absolute shortest drs appts I've ever had and it made me feel like I was an inconvenience and like they wanted to get me out of there as quick as possible. I also felt that what I've dealt with in waiting to be evaluated did not matter. Being told that I have to go through all of it again before they will do anything was very disappointing to me but I accept it. I realize that surgeons don't have the best bedside manner but they can always try to improve.

I think nothing else could have been done because nurse was really very sweet and nice. Dr. Manning was so understanding and explain the procedure that was to take place. I felt confident with them

Office looked old compared to other Prisma Offices. Office could be updated and be cleaner. Waiting room was small!
