Dr was over a hour late, my appointment was at 11 and it was after 12 before dr came in.

Nothing comes to mind. Both the nurse and the doctor were extremely friendly, informative and professional.

This group is very efficient. I was seen in time and everything was explained in detail.

Had a wonderful experience for my first visit Doctor took the time to bring out display sample implants to help me better understand what was going on and happening n assured me all was ok but if in when I needed any help in the future he would be there n willing to help me... I was very impressed with the two nurses that I dealt with previous to seeing Dr. Dropkin, who was exceptionally concerned and helpful when he entered. He also gave me more time to finish a questionnaire so that we could fully discuss my medical situation.

My appointment was for exploratory to see if I had any issues with that Dr. Dropkin informed me that the procedure did not reveal any issues and I was well pleased with the outcome.

Last wait time once placed in an exam room. It took 30 minutes from my appointment time before I actually saw the doctor

The doctor was nothing but dismissive of the concerns I have. I explained to him that I had been through this before, but it didn't seem to matter. I was left with the sense that I should just deal with it.

After my procedure, the pieces of removed tissue were still laying on the tray and the tray was moved into my view while the nurse was speaking to me and I was getting cleaned up. The nurse put them into specimen containers while we were talking. I found this weirdly upsetting and in retrospect would have felt better about it if this had been accomplished earlier or if they were already in the specimen container to head to the lab when the tray was moved into view. I don't mind blood and tissue and find the procedure really interesting, etc., but that part of the encounter has really stuck with me for some reason I can't identify.

I recieved an appointment the day after I first called to request it. My check in was personable and quick. My wait time was 4 minutes and the doctor and staff couldn't have been interested, engaging and knowledgable. I've never had such a flawless, confidence inspiring health care experience. Thank you!
