It's ridiculas I couldn't get a follow-up appointment with my Dr for 3 months that's insane I'd eithor not have the issue anymore or I'd be dead !! Don't trust Prizma with my health

I was very disappointed with the visit. I have had this Wellness checkup for years under 2 different doctors and received great care and feedback. However, Dr. Williamson tells me he can no longer provide these services during a Medicare Wellness appointment. He did schedule another appointment for me in 6 months for a more complete checkup.

I'm not sure of the ways that would cause improved trust and respect. I just know that I am at a point in my journey that I wish to have any and all questions about my health and related issues answered and explained - I do my homework and usually have questions. I don't wish to be someone to just throw prescriptions at and then adjust later - The old saying "we got a pill for that" scares me deeply because I don't want to be a victim of prescription meds or addictions. I understand the need sometimes but "living" on medicine makes zero logic to me. Anyway - thank you for the time you have allowed me thus far - thank you for helping me be better than I am.

Doctir provided detailed understanding of my situation. H discussed options, tests to isolate and treat. The facility provided the ability to have lab work completed during appointment. Results and feedback were provided within a few hours. I would recommend to others.

Ben, NP, is a great provider. The only thing I would improve is getting established patents in sooner. Having to wait so long for an appointment is very discouraging.

During screening prior to seeing doctor the nurse oversimplified what I told her about a new condition. I mentioned my neck bones seemed to get stuck in position at times. She typed neck pain. That's not what I said.

I have always been treated with the upmost respect. The staff from check in to discharge are wonderful and it is a pleasure to have such caring staff to treat my health care needs.

Benjamin and all the staff did an excellent job.

There's not a thing I would suggest. I was taken care of immediately, sent for an xray at the hospital immediately, prescription sent right away. Ben Williamson was terrific!

When I had a question and left a message the nurse returned the call and left a number to call which was the office number. The phone choices did not address that person and I picked the one closest, it was also leave a voice mail. I tried the number again and got switched to the hospital. I tried the number a gain, spoke to someone and got put on hold for 30 minutes so I drove down to the office and asked to speak to the nurse to get my question answered. I did get an answer and then felt better about the prescription that was given.

I was treated with utmost courtesy and respect. I can't think of anything. There's always room for improvements. I think they are doing an awesome job! I applaud them all. It takes teamwork and a compassion for this job. They are way ahead of many others. Thank you from my heart.

Go back to doing blood work there in the office so I don't have to go somewhere else to get it done.

This appointment was with the lab not Ben Williamson. The nurse in the lab is very good.

I honestly cannot think of anything that would have made the experience any better. The staff far exceeded my expectations. I left there feeling better about my decision to go there for health care. I was nervous prior to the appointment and after meeting the nurse and nurse practitioner I felt completely relaxed. Everyone was professional and attentive.

To be honest, every thing was 100% great! All the receptionist and nurses was polite and respectful. The nurse practitioner was awesome, you could tell he genuinely was wanting to help me and my situations. The visit went great. JMB...

Would like to get an appointment for an opening when I called instead of having to wait until the day of the opening. Then didn't get one with my Dr & had to see a NP. He did very well, but I had called 2 days before and couldn't make an appointment with my DR even though there were openings next day & day after. I think this is not the way it should be handled. If you call in to see the Dr and there is an opening the next day you should be able to get that slot. Any way I was seen by NP & he is very good even though I had to wait 2 extra days. This is not a complaint against him. Change your protocols.

MyChart user interface is poorly arranged and not clear.

they gave me steroids that has helped me more than anything.

Have the labs done before the doctors appointment so he/she can review them with you face to face which will help the patient better understand the results.

I am highly disappointed that my insurance will not allow my labs to be done in the office. I am sure that has created complications for your office....I am VERY appreciative for all the work this office does with insurance companies and trying to get the best care possible in an insurance world that is not fair

This family practice has been my medical service for many years. A new doctor from time to time, but same office. I trust the service

The office is amazing I called at 1:40 with an issue and they had me come in for an appointment at 2:20. In appointment I needed x ray he sent order and I went straight to hospital and went straight back there and was out within 20 minutes and Dr called me with results by 4. He seen I needed an ultrasound and got that sent over quickly also. They were very helpful in a stressful situation I had going on.

All very nice and careing. Liked the way they cleaned their Hands. Some offices really Don't clean their hands. Give them on high rating on Visit.

Being weighed fully clothed with shoes on is making us seem heavier than we are. That makes our BMI inflated. A clothing allowance should be subtracted from our weight.

Have a bathroom with a sink to wash your hands after you use the toilet. Have a message system that allows you to make a sick visit and refill medication system that works.

First time visit went well. Took blood work and made chest x-ray. Should have gotten past records from Centerwell.

The provider, nurses, and staff were wonderful. However, the chairs in the waiting room need a serious upgrade. I can't sit in the chairs due to my larger size. I am on oxygen and can't stand for very long. Please get this taken care of as soon as possible. Thank you!

Keep the staff and nurses and doctors you have now. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. Don't mess with what you have.

I can't think of anything else Dr. Williamson could have done. He took the time to find the problem that I was having. He listened to my heart unlike the Dr. at the ER.
