None for the care received leading up to and during the appointment medically. Understanding where to park and where to go for the first time was a bit stressful. Parking was an issue, and where to go to get from there to suite 100 was a little nervracking.

Very good and attentive care. I'm very pleased with this physician.

I Love the way the doctor took time and talk with me about my concerns and reason for coming to him. I felt as ease and was able to discuss my problems. I didn't feel rushed. He showed interest in really finding the cause of my problems and preventing things from getting worst.

I can not think of anything. My visits to the heart center has always been pleasant and in formative. Dr. Barry Feldman and his staff are respectful and helpful.

I trust Prisma Senior Health Care. I am never rushed and the skill of the doctors who see me is impressive. The professionals who administered my EKG were thorough and competent. I can not suggest an improvement on this.

The receptionist kept telling me to sign the consent to treat forms without being given an opportunity to read them. This was very unsettling. She finally printed the four pages and allowed me to read them. It would have been nice to speak with the doctor without his assistant. It seemed he was conversing with her. The doctor told me about a drug he wanted me to inject in myself. When I tried to ask him questions to find out more information he acted like he was running to catch a bus! He left the room. He was nice afterwards, he brought me copies of my test results. That was sweet.

Parkridge is not handicap acsessable.... which is a crime for such a nice building... This needs tobe addressed!.. Provide valet parking or give the side door code to those that need to us the side parking.. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS MATTER.. As a reteired OTR I know what I am talking about!

Dr Feldman speaks very softly and is difficult to hear. He was good about answering my question and concerns but I do wish he would speak more loudly.

Got nothing to say, I trusted Dr. Feldman that he would give me honest answers to my questions and I can freely talk to him what my concerns. He takes time to ask if I got questions that needed to be answer to that moment. So far , every appointment I got with him , I definitely can say I am satisfied because of professionalism and most of all his humility.

I would have liked more time to go over my test results of my ECHO as well as ask certain questions about my current medications. I am a little concerned about overall condition of my heart and Dr. Feldman just simply said that I was doing okay and that I could continue doing what I was doing. I guess I wanted a little more detailed information and I'm not sure how to follow up with him, whether I need to request a televisit so that I can ask these questions or some other way. I don't know if I could just send him an email through Mychart maybe
