Okay, first of all, all the answers should have been a four. I didn't realize that it went past mostly. Secondly, Barbara Hull does an excellent job. She's a fine doctor and I thoroughly respect her and value her opinions. Thank you.

The staff gave me an immediate needed appointment. They knew my history and was able to give me the proper treatment which provided immediate help towards my need to breathe properly. I am very grateful for their care. This facility is staffed with the best staff.

Everything was fine. No suggestions at this time.

The provider who is not my regular provider did not do a thorough exam. She proceeded to tell me that I could have a serious eye infection without even examining my eye thoroughly. She made an urgent referral to ophthalmology which took 2 days to see...Thankfully, the eye doctor saw no infection, nothing close to what the provider had described like a detached retina. Suspected I had a stye that had resolved. I had specifically asked if it could be a stye and was told no! There was no evidence of a stye and that "She had been doing this a LONG time." I left the office in tears, scared, frustrated and no one bothered to even try to console me. Very disappointing and if I ever have to seen and cannot see my regular provider I will NOT see the person who saw me.

I had a positive experience and can't think of anything that could've been improved. The facility was clean and the staff was terrific!

I am a pediatric RN & have never been treated so disrespectfully by another healthcare professional! Ms Hall came into room & I thanked her for working me in for sick appointment- she acted like didn't hear me & introduced nursing student. I let her know I was running a fever, chills & aches that were similar to sinus infection I get once a year. Also, I had been in Chapel Hill, NC for past 10 days with my son that had a collapsed lung- could she please order a Z-pak to treat me& protect my son since had to drive straight back. She NEVER showed any empathy or even acknowledged my son. Instead she gave me a lecture on the abuse of antibiotics?? I'm Type 1 diabetec & very careful about what I take & she was talking down to me. Just check my chart!! It was 1yr 7months since had an antibiotic. Then she said do you know the definition of a fever - it's 101degrees?? Even I know as a pediatric nurse every patient is different- I usually have temp of 97 so 99 IS HIGH for me. It was normal in the office & I let her know I took Motrin to reduce fever. I have never been so offended!! Then she said just use Flonase & allergy medicine both of which are CONTRAINDICATED in Type 1 diabetes. She NEVER offered a Flu or Covid test either to relieve my fears of to returning to my son in hospital. You should be able to rely on your doctors office in a crisis situation but she should not see patients. The poor nursing student was standing behind her with a mortified look on her face too. Then she said you can go to Doctors Care if worse- there is NONE in Chapel Hill & I want to be by my sons side. Then when I tried to reason with her Ms Hall said you can go now. I was so confused & upset I cried all the way home because it was my only chance for treatment before going back to Chapel Hill, NC. This professional has no EMPATHY & will never see again. It's sad that I read similar Google reviews about Ms Hall

Not a thing. She was kind and courteous. It was nice to have a Doctor listen after having been to so many appointments. Especially with such a broad rage of issues. My Doctor also took the time to include the medical student shadowing her that day. It was a productive visit.

I did not see them wash their hands or use sanitizer while they were in the room with me. Maybe they did prior to walking in the room to see me?

I think a medication review should be addressed at least once a year. Review each medication to ensure it's still working properly. There may be better/less expensive medications that have come to market in recent years. I have been taking the same medication and dosage for over 20 years. Never have reviewed/updated medication.

Actually, I believe that y'all do excellent work there, no matter what. Like, y'all staff is 100% on point, very respectful, kind to everyone, from your clients to the actual people that go there to the gym. So it's not something y'all can improve on. I think y'all actually do an amazing, paying-up job doing what y'all do. I just wanted to leave this message just saying that how... how y'all, Bobby Hall, and everyone at the staff treats everyone and each other is excellent. I appreciate it. I know others appreciate it. And everyone in the Ballantyne area appreciates it. So I just wanted to give my verbal appreciation about it.

When the nurse came back in and she just gave me an appointment, she didn't ask me the appointment and told me if I needed to change it, just go up to the front registration and change the appointment. And you were right around the corner, why you didn't ask me about what was the best date to come see my regular nurse practitioner. So I thought it was kind of rude. And that's one thing that I told registration that that can be improved upon.
