The bathroom where I went for lab testing was filthy! I mentioned it to the lab technician who agreed with me. Avia Reeves is my favorite doctor assistant. She is the Barack Obama of the Prisma medical staff. She gives you honest answers to your questions then gives you the best options she knows to help you make good decisions regarding your health. She is pleasant ( always has that great smile). I know Prisma is glad to have her. I'm so proud of her of her! A good person a rare find!God bless her everyday!

I always enjoy coming to an appointment with this office. From check in to check out they are so friendly and helpful. I always send recommendations when ask. My CMA Kenya and NP Reaves awesome wouldn't. Whenever I have an issue they are definitely on it to make sure I am taken care of. I do appreciate them. They don't stop until they get to the bottom of the problem. I am so appreciative. Oh yeah and they are Honest!!!! Love it!!! Thank you ladies for all you do!!!!

While I was talking with one of the ladies up front who do the medical orders and stuff, the male phlebotomist was kind of rude to me because I was talking to one of them and he came over to me while I was talking to him and told me to come over by the phlebotomist office and sit down, which I did, but they still didn't call me for another five or seven minutes. So that's about it. Otherwise, the nurse practitioner was very nice and thorough. Thank you.

I called several times and left messages over a several week period to make an appointment. No one ever called me back. I continued calling and I finally got a human to answer. She said I was on the schedule for an appointment in just a few days. That was 'good,' but no one ever contacted me to tell me they put me on the calendar. I thought you might like to know this.

I can't give anything specific. The staff I interacted with I have known a couple of years and they have ALWAYS supported me toward being as healthy as I can, shown much respect and professionalism. I have no concerns about trusting how they care for me, what they say or recommend.

The medical assistant that made me and took me back was very, just not personal. I was in crutches and she walked away in front of me. I don't know, she just was not impressive.

The phlebotomist at the lab didn't wrap my arm correctly after my blood draw and I bled down my arm and into my jand

I feel that check-in process could have been a little bit better. The person who checked me in was not friendly at all when I got to the office. I never experienced that before. My last appointment, and I don't want to experience it again. So I think the check-in personnel could be a little bit more friendlier and more inviting to the practice. Thank you.

Um, Avia Reaves is an excellent provider. She does everything right. Uh, I have no problem with Avia. Um, there is a medical assistant that was servicing me, uh, who I had the problem with. I was talking to her and the lab technician. And when she thought my back was turned, she was rolling her eyes. And I thought that was very disrespectful. And I, and I just didn't say anything. She said, well, if there's a problem, let me know. And I said, I said, I know how medical professionals do. Because I caught her rolling her eyes with the lab girl at me. So I'm like, okay, I'm not going to say anything. But I knew that was, I said, let me just don't say anything because I don't need no hectic in office. But that medical assistant that did my vital signs,

My experience was great I'm always impressed with Avia Reaves and her staff very pleased ?

I like when the nurses listen to me or ask what is new with my life. It makes it seems like they know me on a personal level and actually care about me once I leave the facility as a patient and that I'm not just a name on their schedule for that given day. Just keep the interaction going and ask follow up questions to me. I'm there to talk and share I no longer need the questionnaire about being in a relationship. It's no longer relevant and I do not plan to pursue anyone until at least 2027 at the soonest while I continue to heal from my past break up (2023). I heal by traveling which makes me happy and I'm trying to get more confident at my job since this generation of women would leave me if i was unemployed or underemployed as they expect a provider and protector. But of course it doesn't work the other way around. They might be a homemaker or make less than myself and they don't seem to realize it's supposed to be an equal partnership. Someday I hope to find someone where money isn't everything

The other nurse who worked with me (and I am so sorry to not remember her name for certain) was also very kind and listened thoughtfully, especially when discussing getting my vaccinations updated.
