Dr Trexler , is a wonderful caring doctor. She truly cares about her patients needs.

I can't think of any. Dr. Trexler and her nursing staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. I feel veey fortunate to have them as partners in my health care.

When you need to call the office I think I could break in Fort Knox better. It's to long of a message. All those giving numbers to other offices. It's just too much.

Nothing. I was seen quickly. Dr. Trexler had reviewed my history, labs, etc before entering. She addressed my concerns in language I could understand and offered a plan of care that we mutually agreed upon.

The visit couldn't have gone better. Emergency visit for UTI. Appointment same day I called. Everyone was most professional and helpful.

The check in/out staff were very helpful and friendly.

This visit was handled perfectly. The registration area with the "rope" remains confusing for some patients as it's unclear where patients should wait. To be clear, I'm speaking of the registration area outside of Dr. Trexler's pod. I've seen the area and know folks well enough that it doesn't bother me, but it is unclear and other folks are a bit rattled trying to figure out where to stand.

All staff member treated me with respect and were courteous. They listened to my concerns and treated accordingly.

She didn't really have great bedside manner. This is my second time seeing her because my regular doctor has been booked. I really don't care to see this provider again. I feel that she makes knee jerk reactions and doesn't really listen to me.

Dr. Trexler is our Primary Care Physician. She has done an awesome job in seeing that my husband and I have the best medical care. If there is a question or problem, she manages to get to the bottom of it and find the answer to the problem!

She's been my doctor for several years now, many years, and she's great, she's the best, answers my questions, gives me time, doesn't rush, and if she doesn't know something, she says she doesn't know and she'll follow up, or for me to follow up with her, she really comes Well, she is authentic and sincere and genuine. So high praises to Dr. Trexler.

I would highly recommend my Primary Dr. (however everyone is different so i prob wouldnt push it- - For instance, i've had great success w/ knee replacement, but I don't push that idea on others. It may not work for them. ?

Our family has been treated by IMA for several years and have recommended to several friends. This visit when signing in the women at the registration desk directly to the right as you move to approach door for appointment was not the typical polite and attentive IMA quality. I am not sure of her name. I find it very difficult to mention anything negative but this is not my first experience.
