Waiting area was dirty. Bathroom to give sample had pee all over the seat. Nurse used sanitizer, but not the doctor. Did not know my history. Very rushed. Not enough knowledge with medications to appropriately decide treatment course.

I would have liked if the person making appointments could have been more helpful answering my questions about the doctor I booked with to help ease my anxiety about the appointment and make an informed decision on if I wanted to stick with that provider. If she could have offered more information or offered to have a nurse call me that would have been wonderful. I was very anxious leading up to the appointment.

Dr. Foreman and the nurses were amazing. However I had horrible experience with the ultrasound tech. I went in for my 32 week growth scan with my husband. The tech was rude and interpreted the ultrasound images without my asking. She told me that I had low amniotic fluid and that I would probably have to go to the hospital, then asked me if I was leaking any fluid. The total ultrasound time was 10 minutes. Which led me to be stressed and worried waiting in the waiting room prior to seeing doctor foreman. Once seeing doctor foreman she let me know that what the ultrasound tech said was not true. The ultrasound tech was rude, and not qualified to interpret or diagnose ultrasound images yet she thought it was fine to relay stressing news to a mom to be for absolutely no reason. I never want to see this ultrasound tech again. I hope no one goes through the same experience

I don't think that there is anything you guys could have or should change to improve trust and respect. This is the first gynecologist I have seen that has genuinely seemed to listen and care about what I have to say, what I have been going through, and the amount of pain that I have been living with. So far, I am very impressed with the professionalism and empathy this entire office as shown. Thank you so much for caring.

Dr Foreman was wonderful! Very gentle, caring, friendly. Asked all the important questions, informed me every step of what she was doing, and answered all of my questions. Took the time to explain all my results and what needed to be done next. Confirmed my history, immediately sent any medications over to pharmacy, and promptly set up next appointments and procedures. Very happy with her care!

So it's not much so trust or respect. The only thing I would suggest is if it was just a consultation, we probably could have did that over the phone if I wasn't coming to get the procedure done that morning. I think that's what I was expecting to get done that morning, but I had to reset up for the actual procedure a different day from work. So, I mean, that's just my... I don't know if it works for others, but I know for me, per se, I could have did a consultation over the phone with her so she can explain to me what's all going on with my pap smear and what the next step would be about getting in for surgery.

These type visits are never comfortable for a woman but Dr Foreman is very nice and puts you more at ease. And the nurse was great-sorry I can't remember her name. She made me feel better about my menopausal symptoms since she was also an older nurse as I am and experiencing the same things. She made me feel at ease
