Been more realistic about how long it would be for a follow up. The doctor said two weeks but he's not actually available until 5 weeks from the appointment. When you're waiting for results, that extra time is nerve wracking.

Everything was great

For most part it was a good visit. I did not the wait on the table being undressed. I think the MA should come within 5 minutes just to see if you are ready to be seen.

I don't think you could have done better care. The doctor took time to explain things to help me make a current or future decision. He sat down and explained things. He answered questions. I appreciate the time he took to ensure I understood everything.

Could use a tv in the ceilings of all exam rooms to play Mario kart during exams

There isn't a need to improve soon as I walked through the door I was greeted checked in and seated for about 10 minutes then I was in the back getting ht Wt and blood pressure done and then I got seated and 15 minutes later I was seen by my doctor. Even when I had to get blood drawn the nurse who did is was respectful even when I was scared of the needle she told me it wouldnt hurt that much that it was going to be okay and told me to look away cause it would help and she was right it didn't hurt that bad. My doctor was funny and he kept saying jokes which made me comfortable cause I don't really like going to the doctors and when I checked out the woman at the desk checked me out fast schedule my appointment for the following week to come back. Overall it was amazing

that I feel like it could have been a little bit more support is every time I tried to call the on-call nurse, nobody never answered that line. But other than that, everything was great.

Every part of the experience was excellent.

Everyone acted professional, pleasant, and was very helpful to me. The Doctor, went above and beyond to make me feel at ease as I was extremely stressed to be in the presence of a man much less to be examed by him. But he was so nice to me, very much a gentleman and I was pleased with his manorism and professionalism.

Dr. Collins is the best. Always listens. Never dismissive at all. He actually cares about his patients. Down-to-earth. The staff is great. I wouldn't trust any other practice with my care this much. Thank you.
