Everything relating to this visit - and the other visits I have had - were handled with professionalism and caring. Keep up the great work!

Be mindful that the patient doesn't know all that you do. I needed a refill of medication and when I asked at the end of my visit I was told that I should have told the nurse at the beginning. My after visit summery said I needed to have a lipid panel done and to get it at a prisms facility. It took me over an hour to figure out what that was and how to go about getting it...I'm still not 100% sure, but I now have a starting place. It's not a huge deal, but some of us don't go to the doctor much and we need instructions since things have changed so much.

Disappointed in the policy of not permitting my spouse to be in the interview / appointment from the outset, but she was allowed in toward the end of the appointment.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/28/2025
I don't have any comment on support or improved trust & respect because I was treated with all the respect anyone could ask for and the doctor knew all about my past medical conditions.

Dr. Eberly refused to allow my wife to stay in the room. He was very rude, especially to her. I hope I never have to come back.

I have been coming to Dr. Eberly for a lot of years. And before that, I came with my mother to bring her. And I trust Dr. Eberly completely. And he always makes a visit personal and reassuring. And I couldn't think of a better cardiology group to come to. And I thank everybody there for their care and consideration.

It would've been helpful if nurse was a little more helpful with negotiating the wheel chair and the items on my lap. She was however very patient waiting for me to do so without assistance.
