Could have spent a little more time going over the issues I'm having but it was a lot so it's understandable, im sure the doctor had lots of stuff going on

Some concerns about the nurse computers being visible to pts that walk by. I think the set up could have been different for patient privacy.

Most patients in waiting room said it was cold when doors opened I was fine.

I waited in the exam room for 45 minutes without any notice from either the nurse or the doctor. After about 30 minutes I opened the door, and the nurse, who was exiting another exam room across the hall, saw me and told me I was next. But after another 15 minutes without seeing anyone, I walked out. No one was in the hall or at the nursing station when I left, so I did not discuss my reason for leaving. I fully understand the difficulties of managing time, given emergencies and care difficulties, but all they needed to do was explain that the doctor was running late for whatever reason, and I would have either elected to stay or return. Both the nurse and Dr. Childs are always friendly and professional, and I trust their care, but we all have things to do with our time, and waiting nearly an hour to be seen by the doctor without an explanation for the delay is unacceptable to me.
