Provider could have came in the room and went over results with me, as well as upload some type of clinical notes so that I know that everything is okay or if everything wasn't okay.

The nurse seemed ready to clock out for the day. She was pretty short/quiet about what she was taking pictures of and if everything was looking good or not. Our last provider was very chatty and encouraging - the experience was much more enjoyable with her. This time I did not feel that way

The nurse who did my ultrasound was great, super helpful. The doctor I was supposed to talk to got called into the ER and I was supposed to get a phone call that explained my ultrasound results, but I have yet to receive one which is really difficult because I understand that he is small, but I don't understand why or how to do anything to help it And I haven't been able to get through to anybody since to try and find out .

Everyone that was at my appointments taking care of me or that interacted was very professional, empathetic, caring and informative! There is simply nothing I could tell that needed improvement by all staff!

I didn't see the doctor at all, which I'm okay with because the nurse did check with him before releasing me but since the appointment was with him/survey includes him that would have heightened the service. Otherwise, my nurse was incredible and it was a great experience.

The truth is, I have no complaints. On the contrary, I always leave very happy and grateful for the support and for what they do for me and my baby. They always treat me super well.
