I have been receiving a shot in the hip area every 3 months for years, doctor told me wait for shot in rear when she left room. The nurse came in with shot and insisted in giving it in the arm. I have never received it in the arm????

The medical care I received was excellent and my concerns were met in all ways possible

I was a little unsure of the secondary BCBS insurance paperwork. A more detailed description of why it is necessary would have helped ease this curiosity.

My Dr, Annika is wonderful, knowledgeable and understands me and my needs. She is awesome!! Prisma should not have closed her office, which was 10 minutes away from me and moved her to a new office 30 minutes away from me!!!

I was informed that Prisma is moving this medical facility to Greenville and the undertone within the medical team was very sad (let's say grim...). The support team members were very helpful and did their job. Prisma should offer those folks who are limited to making the move to Greenville due to relocation expense plus family responsibilities and place them where they can continue utilizing their talents in other Prisma locations nearby.

My visits have both been superb. I am so thrilled I was able to find another rheumatologist who was competent, kind and thorough.

Dr. Cutinha was warm, kind, very knowledgeable, and a good listener. She explained many of my doubts and fears away over treatment for psoriatic arthritis and helped me understand some of my weirder symptoms. The doctor and her assistant whose name I forget made me feel like I have someone in my corner. I am glad I waited the long appointment time out and came to this office. It is a long drive for me but worth it for my health.

They had a rheumatologist leave the practice so it took a while to get an appointment. That is the only issue I had. Everything else was great.

The lab technician dampened my positive experience I had by her attitude toward me. My experience changed the moment she informed me that she knew who I was. I was only saying hello and introducing myself since she had her back to me. It was my first time there and didn't know the routine. I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me.

First, I would say that Doctor Annika is one of the best thorough doctors I've ever had! She's very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She's concerned for the well-being of her patients and she is informative with every detail. I wish she was my Primary Care Doctor ?. We need more like her! Second, to answer the question, I cannot think of anything I would change nor add simply because, I felt comfortable and at ease with the process in the midst of my health-related issues.
