Anna Kaitlin Aiken, PMHNP

Anna Aiken is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with Prisma Health. A native of Powdersville, South Carolina, she began her nursing education at Greenville Technical College, where she earned her associate degree in nursing. She went on to continue her education through Chamberlain College of Nursing and Walden University, completing advanced training as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

Anna specializes in the mental health care of children and adolescents, working closely with patients and their families to develop individualized, safe, and effective treatment plans. Her clinical focus includes the assessment and management of a wide range of pediatric mental health conditions, with an emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care and collaboration with families.

She is particularly passionate about expanding access to mental health services for children, a need she saw firsthand while working in a children’s hospital setting during the pandemic. Her approach prioritizes active listening and personalized care to ensure each patient’s unique needs are addressed.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, playing games, and exploring local thrift and antique stores.
